Luis has consistently not communicated with me. I sent in a credit application 2 days ago, didn’t hear anything back until about 845 that night as you were closing that he had been so busy and hadn I sent in a credit application 2 days ago, didn’t hear anything back until about 845 that night as you were closing that he had been so busy and hadn’t gotten a chance to do anything but would know something in the morning around 9 am. At noon the next day, I finally messaged him. Hours later he bothered to text me back that he probably couldn’t do a new car but might be able to do used. He asked if I could put more down, and I said yes. I heard nothing back at that point either and 4 hours later asked if he’d heard anything and have yet to receive a response. Obviously , Tempe Honda doesn’t value my business. Point a) i have a repo on my credit that I’m negotiations to pay off and have removed from my credit report. So in a month it will be 1000 percent easier to finance me for a loan, but do you honenstly think based on the way I was treated I’ll come back to you ? Point b) what Luis doesn’t know is I have the ability to pay cash for a vehicle right now. But again, am I likely to do that when I receive such poor service ? I have this theory that if I’m trying to spend 35 thousand or so with you, and not getting good service , what will happen when I encounter a problem with the vehicle? You’ve already sold it at this point and are even less likely to care about me as a customer. All of this, of course, will be going on yelp, Google reviews, Facebook, etc. good luck with the next customer and maybe actually respond to them More
Once we had made a decision on a vehicle the negotiation process was fair and reasonable and the process pretty straight forward. The staff were all supportive and everyone at the dealership was friendly. Dealer inventory continues to be a challenge for all but we were able to find what worked for us. More
