I wasn't really looking to buy a car right away. I was just looking to test drive some cars and decide later on. These guys convinced me that what I was looking for was right there and was the best they could offer for me, and they were right. The sales guys were really courteous and helpful in answering my questions. Bill and Vince took my case and I was pleased with the way they handled the deal. The dealer did have lot of choices for the particular manufacture/model that I was looking for and Bill was eager enough to let me test drive any cars there. I would highly recommend this dealer for buying Honda cars and make sure you let them know your preferences and difficulties and they would arrange a good finance deals, base price deals and/or other deals. More
Bill did a great job in keeping us informed on the progess of our purchace. There were some concerns we had with the vehicle prior to final commitment of the sale that Bill pushed the service departm progess of our purchace. We almost did not purchase the vehicle because of past experiance with the Penske organizations, but Bill through calmness, and sense of personal concern for the past issues we had, closed the sale for Tempe Honda. I have always had friendly service at Tempe Honda. I always deal with Ken Smith. He is very honest and willing to explain things if you don't understand what is going on with your car. Called into the dealer for service under warranty, they takes he car in without hesitate and provide rental car. My fog ligh is not under warranty and they just replaced it without charge, that could cost takes he car in without hesitate and provide rental car. Everything about Tempe Honda is so outstanding that it is the first auto dealership that I have entrusted with the care and maintenance of my car. From the greeting of the service writer to the delivery of the cleaned car after work has been completed they do everything possible to make the experience pleasant and satisfying.To start, they give an accurate estimate of the time it will take to be completed. Then depending on my schedule I can take their shuttle to a place within a 10 mile radius or I can wait in a comfortable waiting area where there is coffee, tea, water, fruit, cookies, newspapers and TV available, all at no cost. Above all is the fact that my 2003 Civic with about 105,000 miles still runs and rides as well and as efficiently (36-38 mpg) as it did when we first bought it. Add to that the fact that their work was done correctly the first time, every time. I have never had to return there for a problem which wasn't corrected. These are the reasons I am so high on Tempe Honda. Wouldn't you be also? More

One of the best experiences at a car delearship I have ever had. I had my three children with me so the playroom and the offer of the hot chocolate was incredible and allowed me to to get the paperwork d ever had.
