I bought my (used)car at Tempe Honda and had a good sales experience, but nothing exceptional. However, the service department was AMAZING! It was nice to pick it up and have it cleaned :) He was very thorough with describing what was covered under my Honda Care warranty (GREAT coverage), very helpful, and the repairs were done in a timely manner. They picked up the tab for my one day rental, a well. Everyone there is ready to help you right when you drive up. I would never go anywhere else (by choice) for a repair. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. As I look for a new car in the years to come, I will definitely keep Honda at the top of my list.
