Once I made the buying decision, I was out of Finance and on my way in less than an hour and 1/2. I'm a single mom with limited time, finances, and yes - sometimes patience. Not only did Robert, Cory, and Charles respect my "special" circumstances and needs, they made recommendations to ensure I was covered and that my family was safe. This is my 2nd Honda Pilot from Robert James, and certainly will not be my last. I recommend Tempe Honda, and specifically Robert to all my friends looking for honesty and integrity in their car buying expoerience. More
Have had a great experiences dealing with the sale person and sales manager at Tempe Honda. When I bought my new Honda Accord from Abdul their were no hassles or games played. Made him a fair offer of what I wanted to pay and we made the deal right there without playing all the games. Was very satisfied with the professionalism manner in which he presented himself. It was very painless experience for myself. I can't find enough good thing to say about Michelle in the way she has treated me with the purchase of my new vehicle. I've had some minor bugs to workout after the purchase of my new Accord. She always gave me her assurance on getting these minor problems resolved. Their were a couple items that I needed to purchase for my new car and Michelle took care of them for me. She either had Honda pay for them or gave me a dealers discount. I've been purchasing new vehicles for 30 years and this is the best treatment ever from a new car dealership. More
My 18 yr old son Jesse was driving cross/country when his '97 Odyssey started having major problems. He called home to ask what he should do so I looked for the nearest Honda dealer and sent him to Tempe Hon '97 Odyssey started having major problems. Cody Brokenshire not only fixed the problem, but he agreed to check the car over for anything else that might be wrong and sent my son on his way with renewed peace of mind. The charge for changing the oil, replacing the transmission fluid and checking the car thoroughly to diagnose the odd noises it was making and the reason it was burning oil like crazy, came to $130. I thought this was extremely reasonable and a small price to pay for the peace of mind we all gained. Jesse continued on to UTAH safely with no further problem. The other Honda dealers should have more people working for them like these three. It was a pleasure dealing with them, once again thanks to Edward Kellner for being a good salesman. I was looking for a reliable used car and had narrowed it down to just a few models. I had been looking for sometime and had been to other dealerships. Once I had made the decision, I was very pleased with how FAST I was able to complete the transaction! From the time I arrived at the dealership, looked at the available cars, and test drove my favorites, until the time I was home with my new car was about an hour and a half! I had driven to the dealership and I couldn't drive two cars home, so Steve went above and beyond what I would have expected and drove my new car home for me! I really appreciate the efforts made by Steve, Robert James and Vince Vincijanovic to make my purchase at Tempe Honda the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

Working with Steve Pappas and Tempe Honda was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve made the entire process easy. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord the very first day I met with Steve Pappas at the dealership, and that is a first for me. I usually have to search for somethinge that I feel is worth making that oh so wonderful car payment each month...........the hardest part here was deciding which car to choose! I would very highly recommend Steve Pappas and Tempe Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and already have. More
