Robert Leiler greeted me at the Service Entrance. He quickly wrote up my car for it's 15,000 mile service and offered to have me transported to a nearby shopping area to be picked up later. He (Robert) came into the waiting area when my car was finished (very quickly!) and escorted me to the cashier and outside to my car. I believe that, in addition to a free car wash and interior cleaning, the other work was done quickly and efficiently. Robert also discovered my key to the lock on my wheels that I had forgotten that I had! Good attitude, Good price, Good repairs, Good waiting area!! Who could ask for more?!?
