I have leased every car I have had for the last 21 years...that is approximately 15 different automobiles so I have seen many many dealers thru the years...both good and bad...but none, I repeat none years...that is approximately 15 different automobiles so I have seen many many dealers thru the years...both good and bad...but none, I repeat none of them compare to Tempe Nissan...My defenses were up from the time I emailed Teresa expecting the USUAL problems that exist when buying a car....What a wonderful...easy experience...they did exactly what they said they would do...I was loaded for bear when I entered the dealership expecting the problems I have experienced in the past at other dealerships....What a surprise and a delite..Art and Teresa were just wonderful and as Teresa said to me when I first emailed her..."this will be the best and easiest car you will ever purchase"....she was ABSOLUTELY right... Brook Margraves was extremely friendly, easy to communicate with, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, until I drove off in my brand new car. This was by far the best car buying expereince we have ever had! There was no pressure - just straight forward information and helpful assistance. We literally walked out of another car's dealership in the middle of negotiations and returned to Tempe Honda to buy due to the difference we had already seen in Tempe Honda. The finance department was even pleasant! This is my fourth Honda (we've owned Toyota and Volvos among others as well) and this dealership far exceeded our already high expectations for Honda. Efron was knowledgable and friendly without any pushiness or "tricks". I cannot express enough how much we recommend this team. Thank you Tempe Honda! More
I rated this visit a 5 because of another excellent customer service experience I received from Mr. Ken Smith, Service Advisor, Tempe Honda, Tempe, AZ. I have never before written a letter like this o customer service experience I received from Mr. Ken Smith, Service Advisor, Tempe Honda, Tempe, AZ. I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I have been so impressed by the great customer service I have consistently received from Ken that I felt compelled to let Mr. Penske himself know he has an outstanding employee representing his family name! In a time where exceptional customer service has virtually disappeared, Ken’s professionalism, courtesy and exemplary customer service should be held up as an example for others to emulate. The thing that particularly impresses me about Ken is no matter how busy he may be, or what’s going on around him I continue to receive his undivided attention – and always with a smile and his signature “yes Mam.” Yesterday morning I dropped my vehicle off for service and was provided a ride to work in the courtesy shuttle. As the shuttle was pulling away, I realized I had forgotten my coffee mug. I called Ken, told him what had happened and before I could ask for his help he told me he’d have my mug waiting for me when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Ken was on the phone when I arrived so I went directly to the cashier and completed my transaction. I was outside and just about to get in my vehicle when Ken shouted to me; he was holding my mug up in the air , and with a big smile asking me if I was going to forget it again. Indeed I was! I thanked him for taking such good care of me again, and retrieving my coffee mug (which he had washed out for me!). As always he said it was his pleasure and looked forward to seeing me again. I truly believe that Ken Smith deserves to be congratulated and rewarded for consistently providing exceptional customer service that continues to exceed my expectations. More
I had the simple task of dropping off my car at the end of my lease. Teresa Shatwin could not have made this process any easier. I had never used the online chat before, but she quickly set up an appointme of my lease. Teresa Shatwin could not have made this process any easier. When I arrived at the dealership she quickly filled out all the paperwork and had me out of there in 10 minutes. It's service like this that will lead me to refer business her way. Eventhough there was no "sale" made today, Teresa Shatwin made sure to take care care of all my needs and made sure I understood the process. A+++ More
