Before visiting Tempe Honda, we visited another dealership (Right Honda). We were SHOCKED by how rude and borderline abusive the sales manager was, as well as the fact that despite our request to dealership (Right Honda). We were SHOCKED by how rude and borderline abusive the sales manager was, as well as the fact that despite our request to work with someone else, we were given no other option. After leaving that dealership, we were very hesitant to even bother going anywhere else. We were extremely pleased by Ed's willingness to work with us over the phone initially (given that we lived on the other side of the city) and were reminded once we arrived at the dealership in person why we had bought our previous car from the same dealership. While buying a car is often a contentious interaction, Ed was more than pleasant, and we didn't feel as though the dealership was trying to take advantage of us. We will definitely look to do business again with Tempe Honda in the future. More

I have trusted Ken and Tempe Honda for several years with both my '04 Civic Hybrid and my '95 del Sol; total mileage of the two vehicles together well exceeds 365,000 miles and both are still running like a charm. I even pass by three other Valley Honda dealerships just to make sure I get the excellent quality service I have consistently received at Tempe Honda. Every visit to Tempe Honda reinforces how much they care about their customers and the vehicles they service. Thank you Ken and Tempe Honda for doing such a great job! More
Dan showed me two cars that I was interested in purchasing. When neither of them would work out, he showed me a third car that did work for my situation. Very nice guy! Paul tried several ways to get me into the car I wanted and when the banks wouldn't approve that car, he searches until he found a vehicle that met my requirements while meeting the banks requirements. In years past, I've dealt with dealers that, if you couldn't get financed for the car you wanted, they would push you into something that was totally not what you wanted. I never once felt that way with Paul. He was definitely looking out for my wants and needs. Overall, this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Tempe Honda, Dan and Paul!! More

It was a pleasure working with him. My car upon completion was cleaner than when I brought it in. Someone did a great job washing the exterior and cleaning the interior and windows. I have been taking my car to Tempe Honda for many years now. I have a 14 year old Accord and, even though it is old, the dealership does not try to sell me a new car when I am having my car serviced. They also do not tell me I need repairs that are unnessecary. David Hudson, in the service department, has been great. He is easy to work with, offers me a free rental car if the repair will take awhile and often gives me discounts for service. I will continue to take my car to Tempe Honda and recommend it to others.
