Ken Smith is an amazing employee at Tempe Honda. I have taken my car in several times for maintenance and I won't got anywhere else because Ken is so great! Unlike other car maintenance companies I feel l taken my car in several times for maintenance and I won't got anywhere else because Ken is so great! Unlike other car maintenance companies I feel like Honda really wants to help you with your problem and they aren't just trying to nickle and dime you for every little thing they can find on your car. They generally care about your safety and educating you on your car. I have recommended to many of my friends that they bring their car into Tempe Honda and ask for Ken. My husband and I are thinking of buying a new Honda because we love the quality of our current car and the excellent service that we get every time we bring our car into Ken. My boss is also interested in buying a Honda and I have already told her to go to Tempe Honda because then if she ever needs service she can work with Ken and experience the awesome customer service that I get every time!
