I bought my first vehicle in 1970; and of course several since; unfortunately TEMPE HONDA nor the Internet were in existence. I'm self-employed and time is of the essence, it was convenient to contact local since; unfortunately TEMPE HONDA nor the Internet were in existence. I'm self-employed and time is of the essence, it was convenient to contact local dealerships via the Internet. After sending emails to several Honda, Toyota and Nissan dealerships; Immediately I received a call from RICHARD LIM at TEMPE HONDA.I advised him of the type of vehicle and price range that met my needs and scheduled an appt. From the onset; I felt comfortable and at ease; and through-out the process I never felt pressured. From past unpleasant car shopping experiences; I would opt for a ROOT CANAL! Fortunately, both RICHARD LIM AND PAUL CASILIO, listened PATIENTLY. I purhcased a vehicle, that met my business needs, and a price range that fit my budget.I PURCHASED A VEHICLE THAT I WANTED; NOT WHAT THEY WANTED TO SELL TO ME FOR THE SAKE OF A SALE...WHAT A CONCEPT!!. NEVER,in all my car buying experiences have I been treated with such care, patience, and understanding to meet my individual needs. I WAS TREATED AS A RESPECTED, VALUED, IMPORTANT INDIVIDUAL; NOT AS A NUMBER! Once I made my decision; of course I got to meet "Vince", he too, treated with care, understanding, and respect. Vince was also easy to talk to and explained everything I was signing in terms that I I understood; not in "office lingo". I appreciate all that Richard, Paul and Vince did to make my car shopping a pleasant and Fun experience. Of course, I've told my family and friends about how well I was treated at Tempe Honda! Armando, the service advisor, was very friendly and took care of me quickly and very respectfully. He made sure my experience with leaving my vehicle was as little inconvenience to me as possible. Robert Leiler greeted me at the Service Entrance. He quickly wrote up my car for it's 15,000 mile service and offered to have me transported to a nearby shopping area to be picked up later. He (Robert) came into the waiting area when my car was finished (very quickly!) and escorted me to the cashier and outside to my car. I believe that, in addition to a free car wash and interior cleaning, the other work was done quickly and efficiently. Robert also discovered my key to the lock on my wheels that I had forgotten that I had! Good attitude, Good price, Good repairs, Good waiting area!! Who could ask for more?!? My husband and I have three hondas at this time. One 2000 Honda civic for my daughter, my 2003 honda civic hybrid (had 168,000 miles when traded in for my new 2011 Honda Insight) My husbands 1991 honda 2000 Honda civic for my daughter, my 2003 honda civic hybrid (had 168,000 miles when traded in for my new 2011 Honda Insight) My husbands 1991 honda Accord station wagon (currently has 268,000 miles and still runs like a brand new honda.) We have been dealing with Tempe Honda for seven years, and Mr. David Huson has been our service representative this entire time. We have never had any service problem that Mr Hudson and his service team were not gladly able to correct to our complete satisfaction. I attribute the long durability of all our vehicles, to the experience and advice Mr. Hudson has always given us on how to properly service and maintain our vehicles. Moreover our recent decision to trade our 2003 Honda Civic hybrid in March for a new Honda Insight was basically made due to our experience and relationship with Mr. Hudson. More
The current visit was to diagnose and repair a dragging splash shield under the engine. It turned out it was just a case of a some clips that had come loose. Tempe Honda not only replaced the clips but splash shield under the engine. It turned out it was just a case of a some clips that had come loose. Tempe Honda not only replaced the clips but did their standard 19 point inspection and checked and adjusted tire pressure as necessary. They not only fixed the problem, they did it at no charge. I purchased the car from Tempe Honda in 2007 and have had it serviced there ever since its purchase. I have never been pressured into unnecessary service nor been charged what I felt was an unreasonable price. On this visit, Colby was every thing you would want in a service rep. More
