I HAVE BEEN WITH TEMPE HONDA SINCE 2002. MY SERVICE TECH IS DAVID HUDSON FOR THE ENTIRE YEARS. I CAN SAY WITH GREAT PLEASURE HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. I HAVE SEEN HIM WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL. D IS DAVID HUDSON FOR THE ENTIRE YEARS. I CAN SAY WITH GREAT PLEASURE HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. I HAVE SEEN HIM WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL. This was by far the best car buying experience ever! I was not pressured, but rather felt as though I were part of the "family." I recently had my civic hybrid serviced. I have had all my service done at Tempe Honda and I have been very pleased. This time I dealt with Michelle Bobersky and I really feel she went over and above even my service done at Tempe Honda and I have been very pleased. I was a little confused about exactly what service I needed and had a few questions about the motor assist battery and tires. She looked up my past records, told me exactly what I needed done and went out of her way to get all my questions answered. looking to buy a new car. called around to see what prices were. talked to Sara at Tempe Honda on the phone and she quoted me an out the door price. Frank @ Bell Honda said "oh yeah we can work with that number come on in and lets talk, I will even give you a free $25 gas card." because Bell is closer I decided to stop there first. BIG mistake. we took the car for a test drive and everything was great up until it came time to talk about price. on the phone Frank had quoted me a price when I was sitting down waiting for him to crunch the number he came back with a price $1,500 over what he had promised. I told him i wouldn't go one penny over the price he quoted me. he then went back to the manager and came back with a number $400 over what he originally quoted me. I told him no thanks and walked out. To this day I still haven't gotten the gas card Frank promised. After I left I called Tempe Honda and told Sara about my horrible experience I just had. She told me that she would keep her promise and to come on over. I made the long drive and I arrived at Tempe and was immediately helped by Sara and Brooke. What do you know Good and Honest people still exist, Amazing. I did not pay 1 penny over what she quoted me over the phone. What a pleasant experience when people keep to their word. Thanks for everything Sara and Brooke! If I were YOU I would stick with the folks that do Honest business. P.S. I was contacted by someone at Bell Honda later that week and they asked me why they lost my business. I said one word. Honesty. He said he would talk to Frank. He also said he would have them send out that $25 gift card that was promised for my time..its been almost a month and still no gift card to be seen. More

I purchased a vehicle from Kenny Melville. He was very good to work with, answered all my questions and got me into the car I wanted. KUDOS to Ken Smith...Such a polite, enthusiastic, helpful service consultant...I drive up from CasaGrande just to get my service done at Tempe Honda because I do not feel like a "take a number, and take a se service consultant...I drive up from CasaGrande just to get my service done at Tempe Honda because I do not feel like a "take a number, and take a seat" from him...He is on the job and a real team player...I am from the older generation and appreciate him because he is worthy of respect from me..I only wish we could clone him and scatter him thru-out the banking and business community...what a wonderful problem free world that would be...someone that works for you and cares about the outcome!! Went to Tempe Honda to buy a 06 Honda Civic (#18097A). As a first time buyer I was a little hesitant as to what car I wanted and how I was going to finance my car. Nacho was very friendly and patient with me a first time buyer I was a little hesitant as to what car I wanted and how I was going to finance my car. Nacho was very friendly and patient with me in deciding what type of car was ideal for me and my needs. He was well informed on the car and because he was able to speak Spanish he was able to communicate with my dad and answer any questions that my dad had. I was very happy with the service he provided and received. I am very happy with my buy. Love my car. More

Ken always takes the time to truly listen to me and then comes up with our game plan. He always asks about my family and how we're doing. He cares and it shows. Because of Ken’s competency, attention to detail & easy going manner, we now bring our non Honda car to Tempe Honda for service too. Ken has earned my complete trust & life-long business! As I was signing up for shuttle service this morning, Tom Jetter, came up and greeted me with a big smile and a sincere “good morning!” Before I could reply, Tom said “I remember you; you went on vacation with all your girlfriends a few months ago.” To which I replied, “I sure did!” When I think of the number of people that Tom must talk to in a week, then multiply that times the number of weeks it’s been since I’ve been at Tempe Honda, it blows my mind that he remembered my face, let alone details of our last conversation. Amazing! What a great characteristic of quality customer service. These two gentlemen are just two of the reasons that Tempe Honda is a “10” in my book. More
