Before visiting Tempe Honda, we visited another dealership (Right Honda). We were SHOCKED by how rude and borderline abusive the sales manager was, as well as the fact that despite our request to dealership (Right Honda). After leaving that dealership, we were very hesitant to even bother going anywhere else. We were extremely pleased by Ed's willingness to work with us over the phone initially (given that we lived on the other side of the city) and were reminded once we arrived at the dealership in person why we had bought our previous car from the same dealership. While buying a car is often a contentious interaction, Ed was more than pleasant, and we didn't feel as though the dealership was trying to take advantage of us. We will definitely look to do business again with Tempe Honda in the future. More
