I talked to Daniel about the hybrid vehicle and he explained in detail the technology that Honda has used. The next day he followed up with myself and made arrangments for a test drive. The process went with out a hitch and drove home with a great vehicle at a great price, Daniel took great Cardin every aspect and we thank him. They had the winning combination of best price and customer response by e-mail, usually within an hour or two. One of its competitors was $3K more for the same unit and another of its competitors was obviously low-balling us and seemed sleazy; the dealerrater review for that competitor revealed the same thing we had been inferring. We put down $500 deposit for the vehicle we chose without visiting the dealership [we live 135 miles away in Flagstaff]. We met Jim & Danny for the first time when we arrived to complete the buy. The process was pleasant, professional and totally transparent. No rush, no pressure, just constant gentle checking to see where we were in our buying decision. Once we had confirmed our decision to buy Danny spent the better part of two hours with us going through all of the options on the Odyssey Touring Elite, including a long tutorial on using the Nav system and setting up our Bluetooth-enabled phones for us. He also set up "Home" on the Nav system and set all of the myriad options to suit our needs. Jim checked in and out with us through the process. We then worked with Rich Schierling on the finance stuff, and again no pressure and lots of explanation of the options with questions answered straightforwardly and honestly. We completed the sale and drove away about five hours after entering the dealership, feeling like we had enjoyed the entire experience and were well-informed at every step of the way. I used to take my car to Automotive Companies, but not anymore! For about 2 years now I have been taking my Honda Civic to Tempe Honda. They have the greatest Customer Service and Armando Perez is the best! He is professional,courteous and he is very knowledgable in the Automotive Industry. I work near Tempe Honda so it is very convenient and I am able to use their Shuttle Service. They are always prompt and courteous and when you call to have them pick you up at your work, they are always on time. I live near Bell Honda,and one time I called early on a Saturday Morning to see if I could take my car in, but I was told that it may sit there all day & they may not be able to even get to it! So with that said,I will drive that 25 miles just to go to Tempe Honda! More
