My husband and I had a great experience working with Steve on the sales end last weekend. He was very kind, attentive and personable. Of course, his ultimate goal is to make a sale as this is what he is paid to do, but he did not pressure us at all and gave us plenty of time to talk in private as we wanted to ensure we made the right decision for us. He seemed perfectly content to stay late, even after the place had closed for the night. We returned first thing the next morning to purchase our Ford Escape Hybrid, and he was ready and waiting to help us, answer our last few questions, and ensure our vehicle was detailed and ready for us as soon as we were done in the finance office. Doug Baty was great in helping us with the paperwork, very nice and friendly. He showed us some options for an extended service plan but did not push anything on us at all. Paperwork can be tedious, but Doug made the process painless. I was dreading car shopping as I typically don't enjoy talking to sales people, but after this experience I actually look forward to shopping for our next car (although maybe not for 2-3 years) especially if Steve and Doug are still at Tempe Honda! More

We have been clients of Tempe Honda since 2003 when I purchase my first Honda Element. We purchased a second Element for my wife in 2004, and recently traded in my 2003 for a 2011 Element. We have always purchase my first Honda Element. We purchased a second Element for my wife in 2004, and recently traded in my 2003 for a 2011 Element. We have always received great service and a more than fair deal from Abdul in the sales department and it's a pleasure not having to worry about being pushed or deceived in any way. David Hudson in service is the reason we will only bring our cars to Tempe Honda for any issue. We know that he will take great car of us and never try and "sell" us on things that are not necessary. We trust him implicitly. More

Our car buying experiencing at Tempe Honda was the best I have ever had. We Love our used Odyssey we purchased. Ed was so friendly and helpful from beginning to end. We came by to test drive the Odyssey late in the evening, shorty before closing. I had spoken with Ed ahead of time and he was waiting for us when we arrived. The vehicle was everything it was advertised to be and more, and Ed was so nice and helpful (did not pressure us at all) so we knew right away we would be back the next day to purchase. Ed stayed 4 or 5 hours later than he should have been there to complete the sale. Car buying is always a lenghty process and to make matters more interesting we had our 1, 2 and 3 year olds with us. Of course the kids got restless, crabby and hungry. Every person at Tempe Honda was extremely friendly to us all, especially Ed of course. He brought out pizza for the kids (including water and napkins), sat and talked with them while we signed paperwork, and when it was time to go my daughter only wanted Ed to help her with her shoes (not mommy)HA!. After all was complete Ed walked us all out, gave us a final overview of our van. As we were about to leave my oldest son told him he was his new friend and that he was going to miss him because he is so nice. My son still mentions his nice friend at the dealership! LOL. We would recommend Tempe Honda to any and everyone, for it's friendly staff, extremely fair pricing, and quality inventory. By the way, even the financing process was painless and pleasant (which is rare). Vince was awesome and didn't try to pressure us into a bunch of add ons. Thanks to everyone there, Tempe Honda will be the first place we head the next time we are ready to purchase a vehicle and I sure hope Ed is still there! More
I spoke to Steve on the phone this morning and he was nothing but nice. He helped me begin my finance paperwork, since that was my main concern. He explained everything to me and didn't appear to be hiding anything or pressuring me to buy. I felt as though he was treating me as though I was part of his family, due to his genuine care and respect. The other gentleman that I dealt with were also very friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate everyone's customer service and want to thank them for selling me this wonderful vehicle! This car will be perfect for my family with the new little one on the way! Thank you! The service received from Ken Smith of Tempe Honda was outstanding. I needed a new transmission for my 2003 Civic and Ken was able to get it for in a reasonable time and reasonable price. My family has had an extremely positive experience working with David Hudson. In fact, I never want to work with anyone else concernig my Hondas. David is part of the reason I purchased 2 Hondas after my first one; his stellar customer service and interpersonal skills cannot be matched anywhere in Arizona! David has been friendly, caring and very professional to our family at all times. He has extensive knowledge about Honda automobiles. My son Joey, my husband Tim and I each own a Honda Accord that we have brought in for service regularly over the past 10 years. David has consistently advised us about what service is needed and we trust him implicitly. We go forward with whatever service he recommends without hesitation or worry. My husband had a stroke in 2008 and has been out of work. Since that time, David has taken a personal interest in our family's welfare. He informs me about service checkpoints that my husband used to take care of. If I have questions, David explains service issues to me in detail. He has done so much for me personally; he has had keys made for me, suggested sunscreens, fixed audio and alarm devices and even put a new cover on my steering wheel himself! On one occasion in the summer of 2008, my 2006 Honda Accord broke down in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was a very hot July afternoon, about 110 degrees. Tim had just had a stroke and we were on the way to the Mayo Clinic Hospital to see his doctor. I called David Hudson when the car "blew up"; I was hysterical because Tim was not supposed to be standing around in the heat. David told me to describe the problem and when I did, he suggested that I call AAA to have the car towed to Tempe Honda. The tow truck driver tried to talk me into going to another Honda dealership in Scottsdale that was nearby, but I refused, simply because David Hudson would not be there! When we arrived at Tempe Honda, David had a rental car ready for us so I could get Tim home and out of the heat. My car was fixed by the next morning. Please acknowledge, applaud and reward David Hudson for his expertise with Honda automobiles, his exemplary customer service and his true concern for everyone he comes in contact with.
