No strong arming the customer, all sales people I dealt with were great. I have bought many vehicles over the years and never had a Great experience, but the staff at Tempe Honda treated me very well, and with were great. No running around from the sales people to the manager etc. I have and will continue to tell my friends if they need a car stop by Tempe Honda. Aaron was very easy to work with, he had a good knowledge of the car and was able to answer all my questions. The price of the car was the price he quoted me online with no hidden extras. The rest of the staff was friendly, I was greeted promptly as I got out of my car and all offer me bottled water. Since I knew what I wanted, I was pleased that the total time it took from the test drive to getting the keys was just over 2 hours, a fun time for me. More

Went to the dealership and found a used car I wanted, unfortunately the cruise control was broken and could not be fixed; at least not quickly or easily. They assured me they would do everything they cou unfortunately the cruise control was broken and could not be fixed; at least not quickly or easily. They assured me they would do everything they could to find me a new car and make me happy. I ended up finding a new, better car (in my opinion) and they made me an offer I could not refuse. I was very happy with all the service I got and how helpful all of the salesmen I worked with were. I will absolutely reccomend this dealership to anyone when buying a new and/or used car. More

It is extremely rare for me to write a favorable review. However, after the amazing experience we had dealing with Aaron at Tempe Honda, I was compelled to not only call the sales manager and express my dee However, after the amazing experience we had dealing with Aaron at Tempe Honda, I was compelled to not only call the sales manager and express my deep appreciation for all of his help, but to let others know about it as well. I consider myself an extremely good judge of character, and from the moment I spoke with Aaron, who is their internet sales manager, I could tell he was a genuine, down-to-earth, and honest person. Not only did I get the absolute best deal (and believe me I put in some legwork), but Aaron turned an otherwise stressful process into a positive experience. We decided to purchase a new vehicle to drive across country in conjunction with a 12-month training assignment. While we were transferring some of our belongings into the new vehicle, somehow my wife and I missed the small box containing credit cards, flash drives with all of our personal information, and IDs. Needless to say we were in a panic after realizing what happened. Aaron quickly responded and secured our "little black box." These are the kinds of experiences that can renew one's faith in humanity. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, and courteous without attempting to employ any of the usual coercive/persuasive sales tactics most of us have come to expect while buying a car or truck. In fact, because Aaron was so easy to work with, I was able to secure the price and vehicle I wanted before we ever visited the dealership. Once there, he did not try to alter the deal in any way. In fact, he asked my permission to negotiate. As a result, we were able to save even more money. Do yourself a favor and contact him if you are considering a new Honda. He was very receptive to me telling him exactly what I wanted. Aaron really did earn our business, and respect. More

We found it to be very different than all of the other Honda dealerships (San Tan, Superstition) experience, we came to Tempe Honda as a last resort. We found it to be very different than all of the other Honda dealerships (San Tan, Superstition). They were very friendly and nice. They were not condescending and really wanted to work with our budget! It was the best car buying experience I've ever had and will only go to this dealership for new cars!!! Thank you for being nice and kind and believing in customer service and that you can close a deal without being rude and mean to your customer. I have been a proud customer of Tempe Honda for the last seven years and let me tell you I will NEVER take my car(s) anywhere else PERIOD! COLBY LINGENFELTER has been my service adivisor for the last 3-4 y seven years and let me tell you I will NEVER take my car(s) anywhere else PERIOD! COLBY LINGENFELTER has been my service adivisor for the last 3-4 years and he has always treated me with kindness, respect, and most importantly like a human being not just another customer. My questions are always answered thoroughly and with patience. If there would be an example to follow for awesome customer service it would be from Colby. Working in the customer service industry myself and dealing with different people all day everyday Colby for sure is a role model for people like myslef who work with people for a living. I just had my 1997 Honda Accord in for service to have the power steering rack, main oil seal, and clutch replaced. Two days after I dropped off the car I got a call from Colby stating that upon completing the job (reinstalling the transmission) and taking a test drive there was a noise coming from the transmission upon engaging the clutch (click click click). He said he needed time to diagnose the problem and he would get back with me later in the day. Colby did call me back a few hours later and said that he would have to pull the transmission again and find out what the problem was, at HIS cost. "I want to make sure the job is done right" is what he told me. I told him no problem. The next morning I got a call from Colby and he had informed me that the issue was a pivot arm and bearing in the transmission and that he had the parts already ordered and that he also wanted to replace the slave cylinder as well as long as he had the transmission out again. He gave me the parts at HIS cost. He also repaired the oil pan gasket while the car was all torn down just to make sure I didn't have to come back at a later date to have it fixed costing me more money than what it would cost while he had everything torn down. It did cost me a couple hundred dollars more but I don't care because I truly feel that he has my best interest in mind. My Accord is 16 model years old and has 189,000 miles on it but thanks to Colby and Tempe Honda I am sure I will EASILY get another 100,000 miles out of this car. BTW Colby always makes sure I have a rental when I need one to get to and from work, AT NO CHARGE. From top to bottom Tempe Honda is THE BEST dealer I have been to in the Phoenix area. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. I can not say enough positive things about them. My next move will be to call the general manager of this dealership to sing the praises of Colby and Tempe Honda. More
