Tempe Dodge has a history of providing our customers with exceptional service so anytime we have a complaint such as yours we take it seriously and do our best to make things right. Our history shows you were in our facility on September 13th last year for a steering hose repair. You state you had a suspension upgrade performed but we did not do any upgrade to your suspension. We did replace some worn out factory suspension components in March of 2010 at 41 thousand miles but those parts were factory replacement parts and not parts of your suspension upgrade. We also performed an alignment at that time which was checked again in May at 46 thousand miles at no charge. We did advise you at that time that your lift kit and oversize tires will contribute to premature component wear including the tires. If you are uncomfortable with the looks or safety of the steering part we replaced on the 13th, by all means bring it back for us to inspect. The same goes for the alleged wheel damage. We are very careful with customer’s vehicles so if your wheels have no damage except where "we damaged them" we will address that issue also. In closing I can only repeat my appreciation for your concerns and hope we can work something out that will be satisfactory for both of us.
