We purchased our Dodge diesel truck new in 2004 and have been working with David Stanley in the service department since that time. David has always been able to bring our truck in for service at a moments been working with David Stanley in the service department since that time. David has always been able to bring our truck in for service at a moments notice and is very knowledgeable in the diesel maintenance schedule. I had such a great buying experience but everything "after market" has been a hot mess. I learned a lesson though, get everything in writing. I was told that I could have power locks added. I was told that they would put them on that night. After waiting they came and said the guy had left. They said he could come to my work to install them. When I called him to schedule he said, no, it had to be done there. He was only able to do TWO doors out of 5. Of course I was not offered a discount even though I paid for FIVE doors. Nor was he able to explain why he couldn't do the other doors. I will never, ever leave a lot without power locks again. Lesson learned. I called today to order a part. I walked in the door at 6:15 and asked where the parts department was, she pointed. I went to that department and there was a girl there who told me they were closed. She said that they cannot retrieve parts after 6. It would have been nice for the guy who I ordered the part from to mention that. I told her to cancel my part order because I couldn't make it there during those hours and I would have to order it from a dealer closer to my house. She said, you will have to call back because I will forget. On my way out I told the receptionist, just so you know, the parts department closes at 6. She said, Oh I forgot. I asked her for the location's phone number closer to my house. Her response? I don't know how to get another number. POOR POOR POOR customer service. I liked the car buying experience, but everything else since that has been unacceptable. I would suggest using an alternate dealer. More

Major problem with the Sky Slider Roof on Jeep Liberty. Vehicle warranty had recently expired but work was done under the parts warranty (no charge) and in one day. I've had the same vehicle in to a different dealership in the past due to problems with the roof and the service was not good. I can't recommend Tempe Dodge Chrysler Jeep enough for a very pleasant experience. Ask for Greg Christensen. He did me right. More

My Grand Dodge Caravan, while purchased elsewhere, has always been serviced at Tempe Dodge. In addition to the recommended services, the car has at times required service with minimal notice and David has always been serviced at Tempe Dodge. In addition to the recommended services, the car has at times required service with minimal notice and David has always tried to get the car in as soon as possible, made contact to let me know what needed to be done, made sure that everything was completed timely and as efficiently and economically as possible. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and friendly and they have a convenient shuttle service and have added an expedited oil change service. I have come to rely on David's domain knowledge of the car when unexpected issues arise, and he has never let me down. More

I bought both of my cars used, one being a Chrysler and the other a Dodge. They were originally both under warranty when I started bringing them to Tempe Chrysler/Dodge. I continue bringing them to the dealer because of the service, honesty, and options David has given me. He has always been professional and personnel at the same time, I enjoy speaking with him on a personal level as well as professional every time I come in. I have compared prices in the past and they have always been competitive with other places. There has never been an issue either with the quality of work; everything has worked well after repairs done. My Dodge van is 13 years old and I have been bringing it to Tempe Dodge the entire time for service. I have been very happy with the service I have received. I feel confident in what they do to my van so I to Tempe Dodge the entire time for service. I have been very happy with the service I have received. I feel confident in what they do to my van so I have not seen the need to replace it. It is working great thanks to Tempe Dodge. Being a woman and dealing with car repairs, I have never felt like they were doing unnecessary work or taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. David has always spent time explaining it all to me. The work is always done in a timely manner and they arrange a ride for me if needed for more lengthy repairs. I like the new waiting area they have now too, so nice and open. If I have a question while waiting, the service people are right there. I would recommend Tempe Dodge for service. More

I have been using Tempe Dodge for over 12 years for the servicing of my 2 Caravans.My preferred service agent has been David Stanley since he arrived at the dealership. He is always friendly and takes whatever time is needed for me to explain my problems. David is a person that, over time, I have learned to trust. He has always taken the time with me to explain things in detail and has an incredible amount of knowledge which I have counted on on many occasions. The quality of work done on my vehicle has been exceptional. It feels to me like David and his team take pride in their work and they stand behind it. Because of my excellent experiences over a long period of time with the dealership, I have recommended them to friends and neighbors who have just moved into the state. One of the difficulties I have is with the high cost of repairing my vehicle. On occasions I have checked out Tempe Dodge's repair prices against non-dealers and have found them to be among the lowest. The reason I keep coming back and will continue to come back is that they fix it right THE FIRST TIME for a reasonable price and I can count on the results every time. More

I took my car to Tempe Dodge after I bought it used from them because I didn't know where else to go. I met David Stanley, my advisor, on my first visit.
