FOB Programed I came in (first time customer) to get a FOB programed. I was told it would be $60 once I got my bill it was $70 I asked why it was and extra $10 th I came in (first time customer) to get a FOB programed. I was told it would be $60 once I got my bill it was $70 I asked why it was and extra $10 they told me it was because I did not purchase my 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega cab from this dealership. Although the customer service was good and they were very pleasant I tried to ask why the Extra $10 again. Same answer.. So for a lousy $10 they lost a customer for life! I will not buy any MOPAR/Jeep vehicle from Tempe Dodge or have my warranty service or any other service done here. If they are this way up front what are the like behind the scenes. Overcharged! More

A couple weeks ago I started having problems with my engine not sounding right. I took my car to the service department and was told that I have internal engine damage due to lack of maintenance and I would need to provide my maintenance receipts. I was a little stressed because I did not have all my receipts. I also felt like the "lack of maintenance" part was the dealership trying to screw me over on my warranty because my car did have the maintenance done. I went in and spoke with the service manager, Mike. He was very nice and knowledgeable. As I was leaving he told me something that will make me an ongoing customer from now on. He told me "You are my customer and I will take care of you". I didn't, in the past, take my car to the dealership for maintenance because I felt like it was too expensive. However, I have a lot of trust in Mike and feel like him and his team did a great job taking care of me. Thank you, Mike! I feel like I have somebody on my side when it comes to car repair and I will tell everyone I know to take their car to you because of that! I got a call from Jeff today, my car will be ready by Thursday! I'm so excited to get it back! More

From the time saving online appointment system to the quality of work I have received, it has been a pleasant experience overall. I especially appreciate the designated service advisor model - when I arrive, it seems as if he remembers me and my vehicle and I don't have to spend time explaining historical issues/sservice. They have provided (in my opinion) honest recommendations of what maintainence and repairs my vehicle has needed and prices are very fair. They clearly explain what the did, why and how it will enhance the performance of my vehicle...It's nice to see this level of service. Thank you! More

Dave has been my service representative through out this period of time. He has been extremely helpful in assuring that my vehicles were properly maintained to ensure maximum performance and value retention. This is important to me as I characteristically put over a 100,000 miles on my vehicles and take them on long trips. I have complete confidence in his recommendations. When looking for a dependable Chrysler dealer to service my Chrysler products, I was recommended by a Dodge Truck owner to only use Tempe Dodge. I have had all my service on my vehicles provided at Tempe Dodge for the last 12 years. David Stanley has been my service manager for these 12 years and I would recommend anyone looking for a dependable service manager to have Mr. Stanley take care of your vehicle service needs. You can trust him to only recommend the repairs needed to keep your vehicle in top condition. I feel very comfortable to have my wife get service there and know Mr. Stanley will take care of her vehicle service without having her get more done on her vehicle than is needed. David Lyford More

My service writer David Stanley was concerned with the problems I had been dealing with. David took care of these concerns and restored my faith in dealerships. It took only one visit with David and he knew me on sight from then on. David has been up front with all the repairs, services and prices before any service would be performed. David goes above and beyond his duty as a service provider. David puts my mind at ease with all the services at the dealership. Believe me, I have had problems from minor to major with my vehicle and David would assure me everytime I left that all was good with the vehicle. Because of David's honesty, integrity I will only bring my vehicles to Tempe Dodge. I am very meticulious about my vehicles. I told David this the first time I met him. Never once have I had a scratch or ding in any of my vehicles after they have been in for service. David has always made me feel welcome when I come in for service. He is very respectful and up front with me. He always keeps me informed as to what is happening with my truck. He knows that I need my truck everyday for work. I am self employed. I feel that David will go out of his way for me to see that my service will get done as soon as possible. It always seems to be faster and sooner than I expected. Over the years I have converted several family and friends to the Dodge family. I always refer them to David for any of their service needs. Everyone has always had great things to say about him. I always feel very confident that only the things that need to be fixed will be fixed. Never once have I been taken advantage of. I have been coming to Tempe Dodge for almost 8 years. I actually purchased my vehicle on Labor Day 8 years ago so 8 years this coming weekend. I have gone through a few service advisors until I landed on David Stanley's desk (my car repair paperwork that is)! He had always been very responsive to my car's needs and has always told me what needs to be done on my vehicle and what could wait. David was very aware that I am a Single Parent with 3 boys and that I need my vehicle to run so I can get to work and to pick up my children from school. Even at times when I have been struggling through job changes and vehicle issues, he has always been fair, responsible and takes the time to explain what is going on with my car. When I come in for either regular maintenance or a repair, things are always done on time and a for 7 years now. David is an exceptional service man. When I come in for either regular maintenance or a repair, things are always done on time and at the quoted price. I appreciate David's style of service because he is very direct. Sadly, it has become increasingly hard to find direct people in service related industries these days, which is why I have trusted my second largest expenditure, my car, to David for over 7 years. He tells you what the problem is, what it should cost, and when he will get it done by, and, here is the important part, he stands by it and accomplishes it each time, every time. He doesn't attempt to sugar coat problems or get too technical to the point that the consumer (me) doesn't have a clue what he is talking about. It is always very business like, what needs to be done and why. Having a car serviced, lets face it, is not at the top of anyone's list of things they enjoy doing in their spare time. However, I look forward to seeing David for maintenance, his direct nature and friendly disposition even makes repairs (although no one likes when their car breaks down) as comfortable an experience as possible. But thanks to David's maintenance there have been very few repairs in over 7 years (knock on wood). In short, to me, David is not just a service man but a trusted advisor about the state of my vehicle. I would have a hard time trusting it to anyone else. He is friendly, direct, professional, & if he had a baby sitting service on the side I would let him watch my kids.
