Dealership review Had to get service due to a recall part on my dodge. The service department was unable to provide a loaner vehicle which made it difficult for me. Spoke to a Sales Manager named Joe Mirelez who went out of his way to take care of me and provide a car they had on site. Was able to get the service done, and still make it to my work meetings that day. Big thanks to Joe helping me expedite everything! More
Went in for a recall came out with A Journey I had a recall on my car that the dealer was suppose to call me back because they were too busy one August afternoon and never did. Again in April the I had a recall on my car that the dealer was suppose to call me back because they were too busy one August afternoon and never did. Again in April the recall office called me about it I told them what happened and they got me in this time. My granddaughter and I were killing time looking around and I ended up buying a new Journey. My Charger was already 11years old and I needed something new. Emily was great to deal with the only thing I did not appreciate was that she promised me a full tank of gas and when it was all done with I only had less than half a tank. She said that they did allow her to give more than what she put. To me if you promise a full tank you should get a full tank and a company a big as Dodge can afford it. This has nothing to go against Emily's performance she was great. More

Do not buy here or use the service department, damaged SRT I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 from Tempe Dodge and noticed that the rear tires were worn out. No tread left and on the wear bars meaning th I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 from Tempe Dodge and noticed that the rear tires were worn out. No tread left and on the wear bars meaning they were overdue to have been replaced. The sales department agreed to replace the tires. After they replaced the rear tires I found that not only did they install the wrong tires but they gouged and scratched up the wheels, left off the valve caps and had the wrong tire pressures in them. After spending 3/4 of a day leaving messages and emailing sales and service I finally talked to the service manager who agreed to replace the wheels and install the correct tires. He said he would order them and the wheels and tires would be in within a couple days. After almost a week I called and they told me they would only paint the wheels and put the correct tires on it. They have some guy that goes around and paints wheels in the parking lot. I said no, the wheels are gouged and I didn't bring it in with painted and damaged wheels so I shouldn't be stuck with them due to their negligence and untrained employees working on and damaging cars. Still trying to get this resolved. General manager refuses to call or email back, service manager does not return calls or emails, sales department says its my fault for expecting them to correct a situation they created. Do not buy here or use the service department. More

Again delivered 1 qt low. They have "on-line" appointment requests - tried 3 times, never received a conformation. Called yesterday even though I knew I would be put on hold - I was. Eventually forwarded to a service writers voice mail. Left my information, never received a call back. I get service coupons delivered to my email box a few times per month - you would think they would respond. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS. NEVER AGAIN. I will drive way out of my way or sell my Chrysler product before giving these clowns my business. More
