Had a clunk in my steering which ended up being a bad rack. The part was on back order so I had to bring it back a month or so later for the repair. BUT WE HATE THIS PLACE. Save yourself the money and the headache. They missed multiple engine issues during their inspection and did not recommend the correct items at each maintenance interval as outlined by the manufacture. Furthermore, their customer service is beyond poor. If you currently have an appointment there, I recommend that you just cancel your appointment and find another shop. And if you ever do decide to make an appointment there (which you shouldn’t) be very sure it is not with Brad in the service department. The ultimate embodiment of a male ‘Karen.’ His is the slimiest of any service writer I have ever worked with and has an attitude the size of Alaska. Just as cold too. Lastly, you will save money by avoiding this place too considering how overpriced they are anyway. $280 for spark plugs, $280 for brake fluid, $100 for air filter, and I could go on. The shop by my house is going to do it ALL for under $400. Again, do yourself a favor and go to another shop. 2021 is all about supporting businesses that support their community, and this is not one of them. More
I made an 8:30 service appointment brought my Jeep in for repair and was charged $150 for a part that can be purchased anywhere else for $12-$26. I would NOT recommend Tempe Dodge/Jeep nor will I EVER do business with them again. More
I had work done on my Jeep charokee and Eddy was very friendly. They finished on schedule and all went well. My only complaint is that it would have been nice if the mechanic would have cleaned the ins friendly. They finished on schedule and all went well. I have the displeasure of working with Jeff G, in the service department. I explain to him I had my car previously worked on at the dealership in Scottsdale, he rolled his eyes as if I couldn’t afford th service department. He was extremely doubtful when I told him I had invoices of the work I had done in March less than a few months later having the same issues with my vehicle. As if it was too expensive for my type of people. He was extremely rude as well as the young blonde who deny the phone call we had when I had asked if it would still be covered at this dealership and she told me yes and come on in. Extremely horrible service, I did not get any kind of assistance transferring vehicles on a rental car, they couldn’t have been more occupied on their phones. Sad to say that this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any dealership More

Service department is horrible. My truck was in Saturday for diagnostics, was told my truck was ready (which I had to call to get status of my truck). Get there find o is horrible. Get there find out my truck is not ready that parts need to be ordered and was told they would be in Tuesday or Wednesday. No call back and if I call I get the run around and no one will answer any questions I’m always sent to voice mails. Will never return! Apparently all they care about is the sale of the truck and not taking care of customers after the sale for warranty parts! More
