The service was fast and they took the time to address and additional issue for free. So I started at another dealership in the area to get new windshield wipers and a new FOB. Went to the place early in the morning hoping to get the car back in a few hours. None of this happened I was told t windshield wipers and a new FOB. Went to the place early in the morning hoping to get the car back in a few hours. None of this happened I was told that I needed to follow the process and they could not tell me when I would get my car back or the price for a new FOB or replacement windshield wipers. My "service person" told me he would call me and that they have a process. What a joke. Told him never mind I would go somewhere else. Ended up at Tempe Dodge etc. and was treated spectacularly by Chris Sherwood. He told me it would be about a couple hours ( it was less) and I could wait. Chris also informed me that the current FOBS I had that did not work were still registered and gave me some ideas to get them back working. Night and Day with Chris and Tempe Dodge.
