I brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited in for a dead media screen. It took 5 days of waiting for my appointment (from the day I scheduled it - the shop was very busy) but the dealer had a screen in dead media screen. It took 5 days of waiting for my appointment (from the day I scheduled it - the shop was very busy) but the dealer had a screen in stock and replaced it. It works perfectly now. Per my Service Rep usually a part like that requires much paperwork and a multiple weeks wait to receive the replacement screen - but they had one and fixed my Jeep. Hopefully this isn't a recurring problem since my Jeep only has 12,100 miles on it. I'm happy with the work performed. More
