Our 2020 Jeep Wrangler transmission died with just over 20,000 miles on it and left me stranded on the road. I had it towed to Tempe Jeep and was quickly and kindly assisted by Ruth Frisch. She did a quick computer scan and necessary paperwork to get me set for warrantee work. It was close to her closing time but she gave me a ride to the rental car office and filled out a voucher for me to get a rental/loaner so I could get home. She gave me a status phone call at least once a week during the approx 3 weeks we were waiting for parts. If my Jeep needs any service work in the future I will ask for Ruth by name. She knows how to treat a customer and my wife and I are very grateful! More
