I drive about 40 miles one-way to work, and I drive by 2 major RAM dealerships (Airpark and Chapman). Neither of those dealerships ever answer their phones, and when they call you back you are speaking with major RAM dealerships (Airpark and Chapman). Tempe RAM answers their phones and has knowledgeable people who really want to help you. How refreshing! It's the 2nd time I had Brett as my service advisor - I really like him.
