This dealerships service department is so unprofessional and only cares about $$$$. After spending thousands on a lifetime Warantee I now have to FIGHT each time I bring my car in for a repair. Which is alm and only cares about $$$$. After spending thousands on a lifetime Warantee I now have to FIGHT each time I bring my car in for a repair. Which is almost every 6 months now. They claim it is not covered, they claim I have a $99 inspection fee, they claim they no longer make parts for the vehicle, they claim parts won’t be in for MONTHS….anything to get you to NOT repair your car under Warantee. Now instead of charging me one $100 deductible for all the items which need to be fixed, they try to charge me $100 PER item. It’s an huge scam!! After 20 years of having Chryslers, I just bought a Lexus because dealing with this shady Chrysler service department for the last 5 years has caused me so much grief! First it was Jeff, now Ruth…beware everyone! More
