Today marks the 3rd time Tempe Jeep has failed me as a repeat customer. Again today I scheduled an oil change and rotation. Showed up on time, only to be told 20 minutes after checking in that my wait w repeat customer. Again today I scheduled an oil change and rotation. Showed up on time, only to be told 20 minutes after checking in that my wait would be 2-3 hours. I asked why? Because I have an appointment, only to be told walk ins were ahead of me and they can't mive me ahead of those who failed to make an appointment. Terrible customer service here.
