Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. We are committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the ownership experience. After having about a month to relax and calm down from customer service I received from JAYE CHAPPELLE and so many others here I am ready share my horrible experience! I came in ready to get a new car. As customer service I received from JAYE CHAPPELLE and so many others here I am ready share my horrible experience! I came in ready to get a new car. As a first time financer I was already worried and nervous about going in. I feel as someone who prides themselves as being customer service oriented this should be the NUMBER ONE feeling when working with a sales representative! Times are already hard on everyone and buying a car is already stressful. It felt like I was there just to boost someone’s paycheck. Finance people heckling over everyone’s payments and laughing and making bets on which customer would do and sign what. DISGUSTING!!! I work in the sales industry as a manager and if someone below me was doing this! FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! I signed in a very overwhelming situation and again this was my first time financing and I thought all was normal! A day later I wanted to find out the financer of my car and NO ONE COULD TELL ME! Simply to just tell someone, they’ll call you in 2 weeks!!! I went back in to try and speak with your director of finance PATTY. And she was not in, I went 2 days in a row, MISSING WORK because I was so sick from all this stress and spoke to the most rude and obnoxious girl who would not listen! I am glad I dropped my keys off and you will never have my business or anyone else’s business. You are wrong, and all of you are shady people! More
