Really disappointed on the couple add on charges I did not notice for the purchase. I rushed through the paper work signing due to the fact the I had an appointment coming for selling my old vehicle. That’s why I did not catch those add on initially. One is so called “dealer addendum “ cost $995 which was listed small far away from the main cost break down list. Another one is an add on as “KARR ALARM “in financial section which was not included in the initial agreement. I was not aware of both when I signed which is my fault. I contacted the dealer the same day after getting back home and tried to seek a solution with the manager out the next day morning. He rejected all my petitions like returning the ALARM and surprisingly he wanted to kick me out of the store because we were having an argument. Not comfortable about how I as a customer being treated in this situation. Customers plz make sure you use the calculator going through all math before signing any contract. More
[BEWARE] Worst Service Dept in AZ! We made an online appointment at Tempe Dodge for 9:00am Friday to get an oil change and have a tech look at a bad sensor and a broken visor on our We made an online appointment at Tempe Dodge for 9:00am Friday to get an oil change and have a tech look at a bad sensor and a broken visor on our Ram 1500. We drove from Tucson to come here for service because we wanted to stay loyal to the dealership where we purchased our truck which was... THE WORST DECISION EVER. First of all, the online system did not capture all the issues and reasons why we needed service. So there was already miscommunication as soon as we arrived. When we got there, we were told there were 45 cars ahead of us before a tech could look at the sensor on the truck. Rather than get the truck's oil changed while we waited for the tech to become available, it just sat there waiting.... Until the following day! After waiting 4 hours on Friday, they still had not looked at our truck but we had to leave to get back to Tucson in time to pick up our kids from school. We were then promised by our service advisor that the truck would get the oil change by the time we arrived Saturday morning and that the tech would look at the sensor by the end of the day. With these promises made, we went down the street to rent a car and head back to Tucson. At 4pm our advisor called to tell us that they did not do the oil change and the tech still did not get a chance to look at our truck BUT at least the oil change would be done by the time we arrived Saturday morning. He promised... (lies!) We arrived back at the service center at 9:00am Saturday morning expecting the truck to be done. The waiting room was busy but to our surprise we were told that there were still 25 cars ahead of us before the truck could get its oil changed. So much for "Express Service"!! Tempe Dodge was unable to efficiently manage their service dept. To make matters worse, when asked why we were still waiting behind 45 cars Friday and 25 cars Saturday after having made an appointment, the acting service manager said that appointments don't matter and have no bearing on where they put you in the queue. Basically, walk-ins will get priority over your appointment! We waited another 2 hours but could not wait any longer because we had to be back in Tucson by 1:00 for our kids taekwondo testing. My husband told the acting service manager that the way we've been treated was unacceptable and then asked the advisor to get our truck so that we could leave. When the advisor couldn't find the truck, we were then informed the acting service manager took it and put it in the bay to get the oil change. But where was this proactive attitude all day Friday and Saturday morning??? Needless to say, it was the worst customer service I've had in my entire life. BUT we do appreciate that Tempe Dodge has done their best to make sure we don't come back because they've effectively wasted our time, our money and our patience. Poor management and poor customer service all around. Don't get your service done here unless you like being ignored! More
