I had my vehicle towed to TCJD, without an appointment. My service advisor Chris took care of the repairs, as well as communicating with my insurance company. Excellent work. My service advisor Chris took care of the repairs, as well as communicating with my insurance company. Excellent work. More

Took My 2015 in for an EGR recall, they fixed it (Fixed) it. Not 300 miles later it was back at Tempe Ram (at my towing cost) for a blown manifold. At this time they took care of the manifold for me at no cost (was cool at the time) and re-positioned my cam sensor (another recall). Not 600 miles later, BAM!!!! Needed an new engine in my truck. So from EGR recall, blown manifold and cam sensor adjustment, I had to wait 12 months to get a new motor, at a cost of 16K to me. Then when it took me a few months to pay the 16k they needed from me, I got an E-mail that they where going to start legal action against me. So I paid the rest of the 5k I still owed them and picked up my truck. 1 day later, check engine light came on, cam sensor, xxx!! So after spending 14 months at Ram Tempe, my registration had expired, do you think they gave me a temp sticker till I could get it emission tested, wrong. So after 2 temp registrations (have to drive it at least 100 miles to get emission tested) So yeah, Do not take your vehicle here if you like customer service, go to your local mechanic please. Wish I could give them ZERO stars, but that is not an option. Please just go somewhere else with your mechanical needs. Listen to a guy that spent 16k, waited 14 months, almost got sued because it was ready (but went back to the dealership 1 day later cause it was "ready") and got the best customer service ever (that was a facetious comment). Am currently talking to my own legal action (In hopes this does not happen to anyone else). Just please do not!!!! More
