The service was fast and they took the time to address and additional issue for free. So I started at another dealership in the area to get new windshield wipers and a new FOB. Went to the place early in the morning hoping to get the car back in a few hours. None of this happened I was told t windshield wipers and a new FOB. Went to the place early in the morning hoping to get the car back in a few hours. None of this happened I was told that I needed to follow the process and they could not tell me when I would get my car back or the price for a new FOB or replacement windshield wipers. My "service person" told me he would call me and that they have a process. What a joke. Told him never mind I would go somewhere else. Ended up at Tempe Dodge etc. and was treated spectacularly by Chris Sherwood. He told me it would be about a couple hours ( it was less) and I could wait. Chris also informed me that the current FOBS I had that did not work were still registered and gave me some ideas to get them back working. Night and Day with Chris and Tempe Dodge. Really appreciate the great service. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Rick More

My Husband and I came here Three times and spoke with Jason and Mr. Anthony Davis who represents himself as the “Boss”. We came back the third time thinking everything is to good to be true we were fir Jason and Mr. Anthony Davis who represents himself as the “Boss”. We came back the third time thinking everything is to good to be true we were first told we would pay monthly rough estimate less then $500 or $541 we agreed because we wanted a second car with Lower Payments. We gave them our pay stubs, full coverage insurance and put a Deposit down like they asked just to be told “Oh, we couldn’t get the payments down low enough so your new monthly payment is $641” (eye roll dealership games)We signed all the necessary paperwork and we were out with a new car sounds awesome not to stressful right? Quick,easy,simple. NO! This is too good to be true. We had this new car 8 days just to hear back that we have to give it back because my husband lost his job might i add was not without a job for longer than TWO DAYS! We are also self-employed workers so we have income no matter what. So Jason and Anthony Davis wanted their vehicle back because they said our pay stubs are “fraudulent” and our insurance ID cards were “Fraudulent” because of how they look? Mind you we have receipts that show differently since I paid to add another car on my insurance policy. They ended up “working out a deal” and decided they will give us a different car with payments of $460 (which we initially asked for before) because my husband’s pay changed alright. We get off work we take the necessary actions AGAIN to purchase insurance for this “new car” My husband spoke with Mr. Anthony Davis and Jason Three times before arriving to pick up the “new car” they had waiting for us they told my husband that all he would have to do is come in sign the new agreement and be done in 15 minutes. We pull up with their car they wanted back we had our car seat everything ready to put into this so called “new car” they had for us only too walk inside the building and get the keys ripped from my husband hand by Jason and told we aren’t getting a new car? Why might I ask? Here is the audacity part Because they decided to leave us stranded with no idea what to do? With a baby-sitter watching our small children at home, We stood there embarrassed and feeling overwhelmed because we aren’t understanding how any of this is possible? We took the steps infront of their business and purchased ANOTHER Insurance policy (third policy) through a different company to show them we are not faking/lying about anything! We provided all the necessary documentation and plus more that they’ve asked for! We came to this place with clean credit and an awesome car payment history and money down and also going through bankruptcy thinking they would help us out since we received a letter in the mail “$750 visa gift card, no money down” only to be played and lied to and embarrassed. Also, the money we put down for the car down payment they will use it for us adding mileage and detail cleaning and replacement on oil filters so I won’t get my money back that’s pretty much what I’m understanding. I’ve overall spent half of what both cars were worth! People say things in reviews all the time about bad business and we were told by another lady our first visit who was also coming to get her money back she whispered “don’t buy a car from here” we put everything aside and believed in this business but in all honesty read the reviews do your research on the business before stepping foot inside here.
