After messing and haggling with several other dealerships we came across Bob Kimsey (via internet) at Tempe Dodge Kia. He's is extremly helpful, courteous, polite and a no pressure kind of guy! I went in to order a new truck and have yet to hear anything back. I sent several emails to the salesman asking about status (where is my truck?). All I ever got was "its not in" or "its being complete anything back. I sent several emails to the salesman asking about status (where is my truck?). All I ever got was "its not in" or "its being completed". I felt no measure of customer service or reassurance that he was tracking the thing for me. In the end I had to call the factory myself only to find out the vehicle shipped 3 weeks after I ordered it! It has now been 8 weeks since I first ordered and I know the dealership can track their inventory. Seems to me a little customer service would have helped here. I still do not have the truck, or a delivery estimate. This is despite the fact that the dodge factory put it on a rail car 6 weeks ago. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again nor will I recommend it to friends. I have sent them elsewhere. More

We spoke with James on the phone originally regarding several different used vans. James was tied up in a meeting when we arrived at the dealership but Reggie was outside waiting for us with one of the several different used vans. When we opted to test drive a different van, Reggie went out and brought it right over. This is the nicest car we have ever owned. The minute we met Steve A on the lot he demonstrated complete professionalism. He listened to us and found us exactly what we wanted. He did not try to sell us anything we did not want. He showed us several cars and made us extremely comfortable with the entire process. Steve silver also went above and beyond in helping us. Tempe Dodge has done a wonderful job in picking the right sales people!I would highly reccomend Steve A and Tempe Dodge to anybody wanting to buy a car. These men are truly assets to your store. I saw the Jeep on line priced very aggresivley. I called and got in contact with the sales man Reggie. He was very friendly and willing to help. i traded my truck in and had my new jeep in 3 hours. sounds l and got in contact with the sales man Reggie. On December 13th 2010 I had called the dealership with a question on a 2010 Jeep wrangler and then told the salesman I was on my way to look at it. When my wife and I arrived he was waiting out front with t question on a 2010 Jeep wrangler and then told the salesman I was on my way to look at it. When my wife and I arrived he was waiting out front with the jeep he thought I wanted. The advertisement didn't match the stock number but I was really impressed he had a Jeep out front ready for me to look at. Keith Baize and Wade Baize were the sales associates we dealt with and they both went out of their way to help my wife pick out the right Jeep since the black one wasn't going to work. They had to look for Jeeps in the dark due to a major remodeling of the dealership. After we had purchased the Jeep and got it home I realized the Vehicle manual wasn't in the Jeep. I called Wade and he brought it to my house. I will buy my next vehicle from this dealership, as well as recommend it to anyone I hear wanting a new vehicle. I have bought cars before but never had remarkable service and customer 1st attitude like what I experienced here. Great job, Robert Adams :-) More
