From the moment I walked into the dealership everyone was very friendly and helpful. The salesman I worked with was Steve Vodinelich who has to get the greatest car saleman ever! After just speaking with him for a few minutes he knew exactly what I was looking for in a car and made some great recomendations including the Kia Forte which I had not originally considered being a Dodge guy. When I decided buy from Tempe Dodge Steve actually came in on his day off to help get me through the fiancing paperwork and everything. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Tempe Dodge, but I do know that they will provide you with the best service and when you leave you won't just feel like a truly valued customer you will know that you are a truly valued customer. Last spring I began looking at Challengers. I knew I would eventually buy one, but I wasn't quite ready yet, since I heard Dodge would be offering some special colors later in the year. I visited Tempe Dodge at least six times as I was trying to decide on color, model and options. I decided to purchase my car from Tempe Dodge as the guys at Tempe Dodge were never overbearing or pushy, and honestly answered any questions I had. I worked with Mike Breyfogle (General Manager) and Don Sowell (Sales Representative) who were extremely professional and knowledgable. Mike ordered my car for me and kept me informed regarding the status of my car right up to the delivery date! In addition, Mike Dominguez in Finance was very straightforward, took the time to explain the financing, and got me a great interest rate! I could not have asked for a better business transaction from start to finish. I have also used the Tempe Dodge service department and have been very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and the fact that they don't try to "upsell" me on service I do not need. I highly recommend visiting Tempe Dodge if you're in the market for a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. More

My wife and I were looking to replace our 8-1/2 year old Dakota (great truck) but didn't realize that we were up against the 'end of the 2010 model year'. Our only negative would be to get the price in writing before ordering but overall it was a great experience. More

If I could rate this at a ZERO, I would. I am a new car buyer but financially capable of buying a car at a dealership but this place will never know that. I was disrespected by the dealer "Jim" and the ma buyer but financially capable of buying a car at a dealership but this place will never know that. I was disrespected by the dealer "Jim" and the manager who was referred to as "Scooby" by his employees. I went with a friend to look at a car I have been looking for and already picked out online. Jim did not say hello but rather greeted me with simply, "Can I help you." Within a minute, he asked if I was a first time buyer and if I had a co-signer. I said no and he immediately made a sour face and for the rest of the time, would not even make eye contact with me. As we went to the car, he told me that banks are very picky right now and financing will most likely fail due to me being a first time buyer. Even though I was extremely offended, I acted polite because I really wanted to buy this car TODAY. When I asked if I could test drive it, he demanded a credit run before going any further. It became very apparent to both myself and my friend that he did not see me as a serious buyer. I told him this situation was making me feel uncomfortable and said I would come back another time. He walked away from me happily and when I went to the door of the dealership to ask for someone else's business card, the manager "Scooby" approached me. From over my shoulder, I heard Jim say, "she just wants to test drive cars". I asked for someones business card because I wanted to come back another day, but he would only offer me Jim's business card. When I specifically asked for someone ELSES card, the manager told me I could just call the dealership's main number for general questions. Offended, I left. !!!!!!!FIRST TIME / YOUNG BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT WANT TO WORK WITH YOU, and that includes the management and the dealers. More

We are in the market for a baby mover and as the time draws close to us buying- we will definatly visit Tempe Dodge and find a van that we can afford. Bill was helpfull and knowledgeable while Scooby was very willing to educate us on the way to move forward in the near future with this purchase. They both have called us since then and have helped us in our decision- something no one else has done. Great people and a great dealership. More
