We were escourted by our sales person, Brent, into a bright immaculate area of glass and white tiled floor. There sat our new car already to be given over to us with a very complete explanation of every detail on the car. Brent took his time and answered all our questions on all the neat features. Brent even programmed in our home address and map on the navigation option. My husband said it was so I could find my way home where ever I might rome. Thanks so much. I love my new Jeep. I was looking for a new car and filled out the credit application on line to save a little time and I was approved and given an exact price and what my payment would be over the phone. I went in and test drove the car I had picked out and I bought it that night. They had all my information so a lot of the paperwork was completed which was nice. The final numbers were within a few dollars of what I was given on the phone so there were no surprises when I got to the dealership. Working with Reggie and Greg was great. Both of them were very nice and would work with them again. Love the car and loved the service! More

Service manager David is very arrogant and rude, he hung up on my wife when she called, raised his voice to the both of us. What kind of business is Dodge running? Reggie and James were both great. Reggie was very prompt with his follow up by sending a short video. He had all the right answers. Great job without being pushy.
