Both were friendly and curtious. They were very knowledgeable about the car they were trying to sell. They both worked with us to get us in the loan that we were most comfortable paying. I have purchased 2 trucks over 7 years and it was good working with the sales dept. The problems I'm having is with the service dept. and the basic oil change. It doesn't get any easier then thking the f working with the sales dept. The problems I'm having is with the service dept. and the basic oil change. It doesn't get any easier then thking the filter off draining the oil and install new filter. But on 3 different occasions they didn't screw the filter on tight and I get oil on the drive way. Then on the last oil change they say I need a new air filter and I agreed and paid for it. So a week later and 650 miles I'm hearing something different with the engine open the hood and no air filter. Now I'm thinking if you can't do the basic work what will you do on a bigger work order forget to tighten the lug nuts, leave the oil out of the transmission who knows. More
Justin Bean was very helpful and respectful. If we ever need to purchase a new or used car in the future, we will consider this dealership above others first. need to purchase a new or used car in the future, we will consider this dealership above others first. More

My wife has taken her car to this dealership for years for service and had become friends with Sam Bagttaglia. He told her that she should talk to his fleet manager about getting a new car. She went in for service and had become friends with Sam Bagttaglia. He told her that she should talk to his fleet manager about getting a new car. She went in one morning to check her alternator and Sam had the fleet manager, J.R. come talk to her. She came home about 3 hours later saying that she really loved this one SUV and she loved the way that everyone treated her at the dealership, that they were very courteous and were not just out "to make a deal". I went in with her today to look at the vehicle and drive it and we decided that we would buy it. I was quite impressed by their knowledge of everything involved, and their great attitude (by all) to their customers. We are definitely loyal customers to this dealership and will continue to be throughout. More
We went in to purchase the vehicle and took a look at the Jeep. The front bumper was scuffed with finish removed. Bob told us he would take care of it "under the table". We were very uncomfortab Jeep. The front bumper was scuffed with finish removed. Bob told us he would take care of it "under the table". We were very uncomfortable with this and went back to take another look at the bumper. It turns out the damage was more significant than we first noticed, as it was dented. Both Bob and his manager refused to do anything about it at first, saying that this was typical of their vehicles and damage such as this can be expected on Jeep products. When they understood we might actually walk, they made some phone calls and said they would swap bumpers off another vehicle. By this point, our comfort level with Bob was out the door. My wife went to talk to tell him we were leaving. Later I learned Bob had some choice words for my wife. He said we had been a grind from the start and that he and his managers felt we would never be happy. Also, he compared his new Jeep product to the five year old car we were trading in; making it clear to us he was doing us a favor by taking our car which had some scratches. He was sure to point out for some reason that since our five year old car had damage it was ok for his new product to have some. We purchased our Jeep from another dealer, which has proven to be a wonderful experience so far. Bob had all of our personal information and kept calling us, so I asked my wife to call him to delete all files. Apparently they talked and Bob asked about our purchase, and my wife told him it was none of his business. Normally, I would think this out of line, but the fact that he told my wife we were a grind from the start, oh, and I forgot, called us annoying, I'd say she was in line. At this point, I thought we were done. Bob took it upon himself to email me at home, on Sunday, the following day. He lectured my wife and I about how we were annoying customers that showed little respect for him, how car dealers work, and that it is ok for him to make a profit. He flat out called my wife and I annoying, along with other choice insults I will not share here. I emailed his boss, the owner of the dealership, a copy of the email he sent. I have not heard back yet. Never have I seen a more disrepectful sales associate at any retail establishment. To flat out insult a customer repeatedly to their face (it's interesting he chose to only talk that way to my wife), and then send a follow-up email providing more of the same. More

My experience was great and would buy another vehicle from them when I am in the market. Great experience with the dealership and especially with Bob Kimsey, our internet sales rep. He had researched, from our internet request, an additional option for a truck that he thought we might be inter Bob Kimsey, our internet sales rep. He had researched, from our internet request, an additional option for a truck that he thought we might be interested in so when we went in to the dealership, he had 2 options for us to review - the Dodge 1500 Sport Pickup and a Dodge 1500 SLT Pickup. My husband had a dollar amount in mind that he was willing to spend and Bob did everything he could to get us the deal we wanted - and he did! So after all was said and done, we drove out of the dealership with a beautiful, fully loaded Dodge 1500 Sport Pickup! We couldn't be happier. Great job, Bob, and Dodge!
