Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. We are committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the ownership experience. Justin was very thorough with his queations as to what I was looking for in a Vehicle and was able to show me a number of them that i could choose from without any pressure at all. I have owned and replaced my vehicles for over 50 years. I never knew how easy and painless it is to do business over the internet. I have always been skeptical about buying items over the internet and esp I never knew how easy and painless it is to do business over the internet. Needless to say, Tempe Dodge in Tempe, Arizona has the right man holding the position as internet manager. His name is Bob Kimsey. When you think about professionalism, knowledgeable, trusting and honest, Bob is definitely the person we are talking about. I discovered this dealership via the Internet & contacted salesman Scott Purvis for more information on a 2011 Chrysler 200 that I liked. We purchased our 2nd Dodge truck. My husband and I had been to five Dodge dealership in a matter of 2 weeks. We ultimately decided to go back to Tempe Dodge. Justin Bean was wonderful to work with. He been to five Dodge dealership in a matter of 2 weeks. We ultimately decided to go back to Tempe Dodge. Justin Bean was wonderful to work with. He handled this transaction having our best interest in mind. Asked us what price range and what options we wanted, he narrowed it to a few trucks (didn't show us vehicles over what we were willing to pay), wasn't pushy AT ALL, it felt like we were doing business with a friend not a sales person. Justin was by far the most knowledgable person about the trucks that we had dealt with. He knew every option and could tell us about every inch of the truck. We will be lifetime customers. More
