New jeep under warranty. Ultra simple repair of replacing a plastic hinge, became a five visit frustration. The problem was never fully fixed and the screw to hold it in sticks out and scrapes yo replacing a plastic hinge, became a five visit frustration. The problem was never fully fixed and the screw to hold it in sticks out and scrapes your hand every time you close the top, oh and the screw is in crooked. The service agent was no help at all and was bothered by my frustrations with his company's ineptitude. "Well we will get right back to you if there are any recalls on this screw." he told me...it's a screw. I will never be back for service. Justin in sales was very knowledgeable however and the sales transaction was very smooth. P.S. The first time it was "fixed" I was able to pull the whole hinge and top out (it was not screwed in) of the socket which was a dangerous had it happened while I was driving. More

Once they had my check I felt like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. The car was not detailed or cleaned to my satisfaction but they said all they were obligated to was to wash it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the poor customer service. I have been trying to cancel a GAP policy for the past 2 months with no luck, first they LOST the paperwork, could never g the poor customer service. Started off with a service visit. Ended up trading my'03 Ram for a 2011 Durango. End of year closeout pricing plus the offer made for my truck made this an easy decision. Very pleasurable buying experience! We found a vehicle online and brought in our own financing. When the vehicle we were seeking did not meet the lenders criteria (it was too new to determine a book valu online and brought in our own financing. When the vehicle we were seeking did not meet the lenders criteria (it was too new to determine a book value)the salesman presented us with two alternatives that met the lenders criteria and that we actually liked better than the original vehicle. Once we settled on a vehicle (2011 Grand Caravan Crew) the buying experience was simple and efficient. Normally dealerships do not care for outside financing - but the finance manager never sought to sway us and in fact, admitted that she could not match what we had in place. It was very refreshing! The dealership was clean and modern with amenities for the kids as well as comfortable seating areas with large screen TV's for the adults. This was a no pressure, no haggle transaction in which I feel we received a great vehicle at a great price! I wish all auto buying transactions went as smoothly as this one! More
