I was at this dealership with my boyfriend who was purchasing a used Jeep. Mike Tomlinson really helped my friend in locating a used Jeep of his dreams. I didn't tell Mike I wanted to replace my car and he graciously showed me several models, giving me a lot of good info on each. When we came to the Chargers, I asked if we could test drive it and he accommodated me. I knew I liked the Chargers and the one I drove was perfect for my tastes. When I asked Mike to 'crunch numbers' for me, he was quick and thorough. There was no pressure whatsoever and we were all a little surprised when I said I'd buy it. My boyfriend and I spend nearly six hours with Mike this past Saturday and I never had such a positive and wonderful experience at a car dealership before in my life. And I've purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime! Kudos to Tempe Dodge for having employees as Mike. In fact, all of their staff were easy going and most accommodating. More

Compared with other salesman I've dealt with, I was extremely happy with his level of customer service. He wasn't pushy or rude. He helped me to find exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Though I didn't end up buying from him because I want to save up a larger down payment, I will definitely come back and buy from him. More

David is always friendly, honest, and helpful. When my husband and I are in the market for a new car, we will have to get another Dodge just to have David as our service advisor! This is the 4th dealership we visited trying to lease a Chrysler 300. Scott & Warren listened to us to find out what we wanted. Other dealerships wanted us to look at hat they had in stock. One dealership even told us "Chrysler leases are terrible". We spent over 3 hours at another dealership and they were to notify us with final numbers. (We had to leave due to an appointment.) They still have never called or emailed us with those numbers. A 3rd dealership just said that what we wanted to do financially couldn't be done. So you can see how thrilled we were to find a dealership that would listen to us, work with us and lease us our new car. Thank you! By the way, the Chrysler.com website met our needs in a great way.
