I bought both of my cars used, one being a Chrysler and the other a Dodge. They were originally both under warranty when I started bringing them to Tempe Chrysler/Dodge. I continue bringing them to the dealer because of the service, honesty, and options David has given me. He has always been professional and personnel at the same time, I enjoy speaking with him on a personal level as well as professional every time I come in. I have compared prices in the past and they have always been competitive with other places. There has never been an issue either with the quality of work; everything has worked well after repairs done. My Dodge van is 13 years old and I have been bringing it to Tempe Dodge the entire time for service. I have been very happy with the service I have received. Being a woman and dealing with car repairs, I have never felt like they were doing unnecessary work or taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. David has always spent time explaining it all to me. The work is always done in a timely manner and they arrange a ride for me if needed for more lengthy repairs. I like the new waiting area they have now too, so nice and open. If I have a question while waiting, the service people are right there. I would recommend Tempe Dodge for service. More

He has always taken the time with me to explain things in detail and has an incredible amount of knowledge which I have counted on on many occasions. The quality of work done on my vehicle has been exceptional. It feels to me like David and his team take pride in their work and they stand behind it. Because of my excellent experiences over a long period of time with the dealership, I have recommended them to friends and neighbors who have just moved into the state. One of the difficulties I have is with the high cost of repairing my vehicle. On occasions I have checked out Tempe Dodge's repair prices against non-dealers and have found them to be among the lowest. The reason I keep coming back and will continue to come back is that they fix it right THE FIRST TIME for a reasonable price and I can count on the results every time. More

I'm a Chevy man and have been for many many years. I've had good Chevy dealers and not-so-good Chevy dealers over the years. Four years ago we (my daughter and I) found the Jeep of our dreams and began the service program at Tempe Dodge/Jeep to maintain it. We have been working with David Stanley for those four years now and I must say we have only had the very best of service from David and his family of service mechanics. Often we have had direct contact with the mechanics to get a first hand appraisal of the issues at hand. I'm a longtime classic car restorer and understand what the "details" mean. Everything has been explained to me in "english" and I feel no other dealer has, in fact, over the years better handled their service customers. My thanks to David Stanley and the whole crew at Tepme Dodge and Jeep. More
