Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup.. We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers. We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. Tempe Dodge has a history of providing our customers with exceptional service so anytime we have a complaint such as yours we take it seriously and do our best to make things right. Our history shows you were in our facility on September 13th last year for a steering hose repair. You state you had a suspension upgrade performed but we did not do any upgrade to your suspension. We did replace some worn out factory suspension components in March of 2010 at 41 thousand miles but those parts were factory replacement parts and not parts of your suspension upgrade. We also performed an alignment at that time which was checked again in May at 46 thousand miles at no charge. We did advise you at that time that your lift kit and oversize tires will contribute to premature component wear including the tires. If you are uncomfortable with the looks or safety of the steering part we replaced on the 13th, by all means bring it back for us to inspect. The same goes for the alleged wheel damage. We are very careful with customer’s vehicles so if your wheels have no damage except where "we damaged them" we will address that issue also. In closing I can only repeat my appreciation for your concerns and hope we can work something out that will be satisfactory for both of us.
