I have been taking my Ram truck to Tempe Dodge for service since I bought it in 2005 from them. David Stanley has been my service advisor and he makes me feel like a valued customer. Over the years we have purchased 3 vehicles from Tempe Dodge: an Intrepid and two mini vans. We have had excellent service with all three. We had the best experience buying a car by far. Jarvis was willing to help us and do everything possible to get us in a new car. Although we did not purchase our 2001 Town & Country from Tempe Dodge we have been customers of the Tempe Dodge service department since shortly after it was purchased. David Stanley has been our Servic from Tempe Dodge we have been customers of the Tempe Dodge service department since shortly after it was purchased. David Stanley has been our Service coordinator the whole time. We had a number of serious warranty issues in the early years and David was wonderful in getting the issues resolved with the least hassle for us. Over the years we have tried other reapir shops periodically, but keep coming back for the friendly and competent service here, if there have been problems with service they have been resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. David has been very helpful in getting the vehicle in for service quickly when unexpected repairs have been needed. Necessary repairs are explained and he has helped us decide which ones can be deferred to spare the budget which we really appreciate. Our van has over 230,000 miles and since it has been well maintained we expect to drive it for many more miles and use Tempe Dodge to keep it well. More
My mom had purchased her car in January from Greg, and when I was looking for a car, she brought me right to him. He was fantastic! Had the perfect vehicle for me, and worked hard to get me the right pric when I was looking for a car, she brought me right to him. He was fantastic! I was very impressed with this dealership...even when I had to wait for a few hours, Greg brought me and my daughter to IKEA. Financing was also great. I have finally found a service dept I feel I can trust to be honest and fair with all the things I need to have "fixed" with my Pacifica. I knew I had a great service advisor when he actually told me that I be honest and fair with all the things I need to have "fixed" with my Pacifica. I knew I had a great service advisor when he actually told me that I did not need a particular service I thought it was time for; others would have taken my money and run! As a female, I am always leary of being taken advantage of as cars are not my forte and I only work off of deltas - it used to sound/drive like that, now it soulds/drives like this; however, with David I can trust him to get the right job done when warranted. The personal service and rapport he builds with his clientele is exemplary, I would not want to go anywhere else for service! More
