Although we did not purchase our 2001 Town & Country from Tempe Dodge we have been customers of the Tempe Dodge service department since shortly after it was purchased. We had a number of serious warranty issues in the early years and David was wonderful in getting the issues resolved with the least hassle for us. Over the years we have tried other reapir shops periodically, but keep coming back for the friendly and competent service here, if there have been problems with service they have been resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. David has been very helpful in getting the vehicle in for service quickly when unexpected repairs have been needed. Necessary repairs are explained and he has helped us decide which ones can be deferred to spare the budget which we really appreciate. Our van has over 230,000 miles and since it has been well maintained we expect to drive it for many more miles and use Tempe Dodge to keep it well. More
