My husband and I were searching for a used car that was an upgrade from a mustang because we have a new addition to our family. We read great reviews about Tempe Dodge Kia before deciding on a dealership to buy from. When we arrived, we were greeted by Rob Defenderfer and proceeded on our journey to a great used car. Rob asked deciding on a dealership to buy from. When we arrived, we were greeted by Rob Defenderfer and proceeded on our journey to a great used car. Rob asked us what our parameters would be as far as type of vehicle, age of vehicle, price range, etc. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what we wanted, never tried to upsell us on anything and we never felt pressured to buy something we didn't want. In the end, we put Rob through his paces, finding exactly the vehicle we wanted out of about 10 that we looked at. We then worked with Darryl Pugh in the finance department and he was very nice, professional and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with Tempe Dodge Kia in finding our 2012 Chrysler 200 LX. Thanks Rob, for being at our beck and call, for all the times we changed it up and said, "You know what, let's go look at that car. No, wait. I think we like that one instead."
