I visited Tempe Dodge on 3 occassions to search for a new Jeep. Although I had my heart set on a Grande Cherokee I soon learned it was a little more than I wanted to spend on a new car so I opted for a Jeep Jeep. I was specifically looking for a 2012 model of car. I first contacted Rob via Internet. After one visit to the dealership I was definitely sure he would have my business. He was friendly and respectful. He did a great job explaining pricing and what type of incentives we would be eligible for. I will admit I did a lot of research with other dealers but Rob's friendly and non-pushy attitude brought me back to the Tempe dealership. Finally on our 3rd visit I decided on the Liberty. My husband and I were the last people to purchase on New Year's Eve. Even though Rob had to go searching for the car and then change out the dead battery, he still kept a great attitude. We left the dealership at 9PM. He was still as patient and friendly as when we first stepped onto the showroom floor. After reviewing several dealers online, I chose Tempe Dodge to try to deal with. Rob Defenderfer had some great reviews online so I thought I would give him a chance. Rob explained the deals in the dealer ad and showed us the vehicles we were interested in. We decided on a new 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan sxt. The vehicle was great for us and the deal was easy to work out. There was a good selection of vehicles and we were allowed the time to look around as long as we liked. We only dealt with Rob and then the finance person to sign the papers. Finance was also easy to deal with and did not "push" us into anything we did not want. We are very pleased with our purchase and the way the sale went. We will return to Rob when our family needs another vehicle. I wish all sales people were as easy to deal with as Rob. If you need a car that They sell through Tempe Dodge, ask for Rob Defenderfer and you will be treated with respect and your experience will be a good one. This is our second Caravan sxt, they are a great family minivan with the best storage system available than all the others out there. Can't wait for some fun family road trips! More
