If you're looking for a no hassle dealership that will be up front with you and won't even try to play games with you then this is the place to go to purchase a new or used vehicle. Jarvis Newman was the salesman that I had set up an appointment with and was very up front like I said, and even took the time to go over my credit report with me to show me exactly what the has look at when a dealership is trying to get you financed. The salesman told me he was going to help me out as if I was his "little brother" and he did exactly that, at every point of e sale I was treated just like if I was a family of his that we has trying to help get a car financed for. If I ever need to purchase a new used vehicle in the future and am still in Phoenix, AZ I guarantee I would be right back at their dealership to purchase another vehicle! He insisted we drive the car, look over and make sure this was our choice. After picking a different color from the one we test drove, he recommended we drive the second choice. Rick also tried his best to get us in the payment range we budgeted, and he did, you as the consumer has to also do your part. My wife and I really enjoyed this experience. Chris (the final person we meet to sign the papers) was funny, and showed us the add-ons that were available, no pressure at all. He had always been very responsive to my car's needs and has always told me what needs to be done on my vehicle and what could wait.
