We didn't wait long and were introduced to Paul Eggers. He is as customer friendly as they come. Not only is he courteous and easy to speak with, his knowledge of Chrysler products reflects his number of years in the automotive industry. We were considering the Dodge Avenger. Paul gave us easy to understand information about the vehicle, and the facts he provided were easy to verify. He gained our trust by not bombarding us with useless information or saying that this was a one day deal that would expire when you walk out the front door. We ended up buying from Hyundai. However this was due to financial details on our end. Paul Eggers made our automotive buying experience a positive one. Bottom line: Knowledgeable and courteous sales person, provided correct and useful information. Great customer service from the staff and manager. Going back? Yes. And I'll be asking for Paul Eggers! Andrew is a pro and makes things easy and painless. We just recently bought a Laramie Ram 4x4 that is an awesome truck! Long story short, we noticed something that was really bothering me on the truck that most people might not consider a big deal. Andrew introduced me to Scott, he looked at it for about 2 seconds and said " you're right". Scott then proceeded to handle the issue immediately!! Let me tell you I thought I was going to get the run around and I was dead wrong. These guys at Tempe Dodge are Legit and have earned my whole families loyalty. Thank You Andrew and Scott!! Fortunately, we went to the Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership after checking out six or more others. We got prompt service when entering the showroom and were assigned Paul Egger as our sales specialist. We could tell right away that he understood we had already done our homework, knew what we wanted and for what price. He also knew that being senior citizens, we'd probably done a lot of car shopping before. He was aggressive when he needed to be but knew when we weren't going to budge and moved the process along. He was also able to answer a number of questions that we had about the vehicle (which wasn't the case at other dealerships). Overall, it was one of our best car shopping experiences. We would definitely recommend Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and Paul Egger to anyone we know who wants to buy a new vehicle. More

I went in to learn about the challenger because I was thinking of buying a Camaro. I had never test drove a challenger and wanted to compare. I fell in love with the 100 year anniversary edition and tried to work out a deal. Downpayment and the monthly were out of my budget so I had to walk. This is were it gets pretty funny. Sales associate (Scott) tells me that the deal they are offering is only good today. If I walk then its not good tomorrow. Im not sure where in sales training, threatening a customer is a positive tactic. I tell him so be it and I walk. I go back the next day because I really did love the car however I had done some homework. The price of the car was 5k less on their website than what they offered me on my lease deal, furthermore they didnt mention any of the lease incentives on dodge.com. I go in and the place is a mad house. Probably because they keep telling people that the deals are only good by the end of the month, it was March 31st. They are so busy that no one can help me. Scott is with another customer so he brings over his "Manager". The manager tells me that its my lucky day because they will honor the deal from yesterday! Once I tell him all the info I have and the incentives they didnt offer, he changed his attitude very quickly. Basically told me I dont qualify for those. That this was the best they could do. Before going I had spoken to someone at Autonation dodge and they had told me they may be able to get the car at Tempe Dodge. I told the manager that due to their awful service and the awful experience I was going to go to another dealer to see if they can get me that car. He tells me "Well Im not going to give that car up". Not sure what world this dealership lives in, but I cant imagine forcing customers to buy cars works very well. The whole time all they kept saying was how much money they were losing on the deal they offered me and that they needed the sale because they were so far from hitting their goals. Im sure most of that were lies. I walked out from there and headed to Autonation since Ive heard they have much better service. They couldnt get me the exact car I wanted but we did find one that worked. They even went to York Dodge to get it. I got the same 100 year anniversary Challenger for 2k less down and $100 less on my monthly payment. Run from this place as fast as you can. What a joke. More
I had filled out the Jeep survey that was sent to me by this dealership and I was somewhat over zealous on my review. I feel with the follow up I received by the sales team noted that I was wrong. I had some issues that I communicated to them and when I arrived at Tempe Dodge I was met with an attitude that had complete enthusiasm by the the staff. They provided us with a total solution. I can only apologize to this team and let they them know that when it comes to buy my "Third Jeep" Tempe Dodge will be my choice of dealearships and hopefully the same staff that DID provide great service. We wanted a new truck and Jerry Rush took care of us and listened to what we wanted and gave us everything and more than we asked for. We went to this dealership to specifically look at the Jeep Cherokee and the Dodge Journey. We are wanting to expand our family and needing something with more room and better gas mileage than the car we Jeep Cherokee and the Dodge Journey. We are wanting to expand our family and needing something with more room and better gas mileage than the car we currently own. Paul Egger greeted us as soon as we parked in front of the dealership. He was very friendly and treated us like human beings (I'm in my 20's and my husband is in his 30's, so it's hard to find people that take us seriously sometimes). Anyway, we told Paul about the two types of SUV's we were interested in and he opened up right away with information regarding both vehicles. He let us test drive the Jeep Cherokee first and he was very honest and said he thought we might like the Journey better because of the room and since we are wanting to expand, it will allow us to keep that car for much longer than a Cherokee depending on how big we want our family to grow. Next, we test drove the Dodge Journey. Right away, we noticed how much space it had with the 7 seats and the amount of room the back had when you laid down the third row of seats. Paul listened to our wants/needs and only offered advice and information regarding our situation. He was not pushy and was very patient with us while we made our decision. Overall, his friendliness kept us at the dealership and ultimately made us want to go ahead and purchase the Dodge Journey right away. This is the first time we haven't felt rushed into a car in all the times we have been to dealerships both big and small. Paul is definitely an asset and he's great for those buyers that are nervous or weary about buying a new car. More
