Awesome Experience! Who knew car dealers were this great!?! I walked away from a deal I was working at a Dodge dealership in Gilbert, AZ. I just felt like I wasn't getting the best deal and that there were hid I walked away from a deal I was working at a Dodge dealership in Gilbert, AZ. I just felt like I wasn't getting the best deal and that there were hidden charges that the sales guy wasn't being straight forward about. You know that feeling you feel like somebody is about to steal from you? My trade in was worth more and I had researched it relentlessly. I understand they need to make money... but, I definitely felt they were pushing me to go with a car and a price just to close the deal and make their numbers..... I am not dumb and I researched online for months, before I got there... So I left. I knew of Tempe Dodge, as I had used them for service so I went to see them. The GM, Mike Breyfogle and one of his sales guys, Andrew Harper took great care of me and walked me through all the details I had questions on. I asked them to go through the numbers a couple of times, just so I didn't feel like I was being taken and they were very transparent. I know car dealers need to make money on the cars they sell. I understand that and I am more than happy to pay someone if I don't feel like I am dealing with a shady dealer. I get (for the most part) how they make money. The difference in pressure I felt between the two dealers was huge. I felt so much more comfortable dealing with the Tempe Dodge staff. I feel like they took the time I needed to walk through the numbers (a few times, since I had my guard up) and they really showed me line by line what I was getting and what I was paying for. I went to the finance salesmen and he walked me through the same numbers. There was nothing added that I didn't know about, just the same... He of course has a the items you can buy from him, like the extended warranty, the Gap insurance, but he was no pressure, easy to talk to. The car was set up for me... my phone was paired with the blue tooth, the features of the car were explained and I really felt good when I left. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. More

Historically my wife and I rate the car buying experience alongside dentist visits and taxes: necessary, painful, and to be avoided wherever possible. However, we are revisiting that thinking after our experience with James Duet and Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep over the last several days. The customer service provided by James was exceptional, all the way from the initial email contact on 3/19 through the time we drove off in our new Jeep Cherokees at 10pm 3/21. He was patient, answered all of our questions and kept us well informed through the purchase process. We did not make is easy for him. Once we settled on the make and model, the one color my wife wanted was not on the lot. James found the right Cherokee at another dealer, picked it up and had it ready for us the next day. Then we threw some last minute challenges at him: we decided to trade in both of our existing vehicles, and purchase a second Cherokee. Naturally, the Jeep with the right options was once again not on the lot. Rather than try to sell us something that did not meet our needs, James once again scoured the valley, found the right vehicle and had it ready for us the same day. We could not be more pleased with our new Jeep Cherokees and the service provided by James! I highly recommend James and this dealership if you're ready to purchase a vehicle. More

Unfortunately, there weren't any Jeeps in the dealership inventory that matched the options I was looking for. After taking the time to clearly explain all the different features that were available, we were able to order a Jeep that was exactly configured the way we wanted. James was very open and we never felt pressured or manipulated, while we negotiated. He kept us informed about the status of our Rubicon after the order was placed, which eliminated a lot of stress while we waited for delivery. Tempe Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram must be very good at selecting their Sales Team Members, because this is the third vehicle we have purchased from them and each time it has been an enjoyable, hassle-free experience.
