Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. First and worst car buying experience I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot over Memorial Day weekend. Andrew C. told me all was replaced and new. Today I'm here and all four tires have to be re I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot over Memorial Day weekend. Andrew C. told me all was replaced and new. Today I'm here and all four tires have to be replaced because they're almost bald. The only "deal" I got was $70 of $570. I won't purchase another car from here. When I brought it up with Andrew he told me "well they do wear down." No, what?! Really? Problem is, new tires don't go bald in four months. Anyways, I appreciate Sam in service doing what he could to help me out on the expensive bill. But I don't appreciate being lied to nor do I appreciate excuses. Bottom line - I will never buy a car here again. And this was also my first independent car purchase after driving my old beater for eleven years More

The salesman gave us a test drive unlike any we'd been on, expanding my interests and informing me with extensive details on the vehicle. Not only that, but the process of actually purchasing the vehicle was quick and painless and they were very open to negotiations, making a genuine attempt to work with me. The insurance and finance department were painless as well, explaining things fully and helping me to get wonderful deals. More

Andrew Caccia made our car buying experience something special. Most sales people have a hard time listening to what it is that we as customers want, need and can made our car buying experience something special. Most sales people have a hard time listening to what it is that we as customers want, need and can do. But Andrew separated him self from those other salesman. When we told him what it is we needed in a car and what we could afford, Andrew went above and beyond to show us the right vehicles. Something that stood out to me he most was, he wasn't afraid to tell us no. He didn't tell me what I "wanted to hear" but rather what can and can not work for what I initially told him I could afford. Andrew was a fine young man, and he is someone I will come back for all my cars. I suggest you do the same to. If you don't like the games, and want to b put in the car you want and can afford.
