Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. Just Call the Customer Back! Dennis the sales man is a very nice guy, very personable and makes you feel good about the whole experience when your there. The horrible part of the whole experience is after you leave no one ever calls you to update you on the process after they said I'll contact you, Will meet at 5:00 to finish the deal. Show up at 5:00 with family and no one knows anything. I guess that means the deal didn't happen??? What type of service is that?? Atleast give a customer an update instead of me stopping in and wasting my time. The sad part is a different dealership is working the exact deal for me now and the GM assures me it's done. xxx...to bad not all dealership get the GM'S involved to make deals happen. More

Went to browse TCDJR looking for a Jeep. I went to browse for a Jeep and found a Jeep I was looking. Angelina Guzman approached me and stayed with me until final purchase. Brian Lozat from Allstate was able to find me a great Insurance rate, and changed my Insurer for both my new Jeep and Home Insurance. I had Liberty Mutual and they recently increased my Premium last month and I have have them for over 8 years. More

Perfect Experience for a First Time Car Buyer I was really nervous about buying a car for the first time. I have heard everyone's horror stories and went in expecting the whole thing to be a hassl I was really nervous about buying a car for the first time. I have heard everyone's horror stories and went in expecting the whole thing to be a hassle, but it wasn't at all. Doug was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions, and he wasn't pushy or aggressive as I had believe most dealerships were. He walked me through everything and explained the whole process in full detail. I literally have no complaints about this experience, and would highly recommend him for anyone buying a car.
