Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. We are committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the ownership experience. Jeep Trail Hawk I went to the dealership after seeing adverts on the internet the previous night. I met Jason Peterson, he introduced himself, I explained that my wif I went to the dealership after seeing adverts on the internet the previous night. I met Jason Peterson, he introduced himself, I explained that my wife and I needed a vehicle to tow our side x side and ATV. Jason’s attitude was perfect from the start. In my life I have treated with condescension more than a few times but not by Jason. He answered any questions, I told him my wife and I would possibly be back. At home I told my wife about the Trail Hawk I had seen, and most importantly the price. A few days later Tammy and I went back, had a test drive. Jason answered a few more questions, we met the sales manager, who was the best sales manager we have ever met. There was no “let me check with my boss” statements from Jason. Jason told us that a appraiser was doing his job looking at trade-in. We were happy with that part, we realize that the paperwork is always the longest part of buying a vehicle but by the end of the day, we were perfectly content with the price, the salesman his boss ,the operators at the telephones and the weather that day. We had the most satisfying vehicle buying experience of our life. Everyone there was truly gracious. Kudos to Jason his boss (I apologize for not remembering his name) and Andrew, the finance person. I will direct any of my friends and family that are shopping for a car to Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
