Got My Dream Car at a Price I Couldn't Resist! :) What can I say? I walked into the dealership with the mindset of, "I'm just looking to see what trim package I'd want for when I'm ready to buy later What can I say? I walked into the dealership with the mindset of, "I'm just looking to see what trim package I'd want for when I'm ready to buy later down the road". I was very clear that my current car was paid for and still running just fine. "I will only accept a monthly payment of $250 - $300 and the car must have leather seats and a sunroof...no exceptions." Well, boys and girls. I got exactly that and on a car I never thought I'd own. It's an absolute BEAUTY. My dream car. I knew shortly after meeting Byron that I was in good hands. He's outgoing, honest and real as can be. If he was anything less I would have walked right out of that dealership. The whole experience was fun and Byron was so patient with everything. I felt like I had gained a new friend and not just a salesman. I'm so happy with my purchase, the experience and the staff. I'm looking forward to many, many years with my Jeep and the memories that come with it. I know that if I ever have any future questions Byron will be right there looking out for me. buying the jeep was good, but what came afterwards was bad Bought a Jeep Saturday from Emily, and everything was fine until I left with my family. We started driving down I-10 when the roof popped up, my wife Bought a Jeep Saturday from Emily, and everything was fine until I left with my family. We started driving down I-10 when the roof popped up, my wife had to hold it down while trying to exit I-10, at that time the left rear roof plastic came off and landed in the middle of the freeway. Took it back -talked to a manager and all he said was that we would have to order one, and that I should have checked the latch before I left?? I was dumb founded by his stupid comment - this should have been checked by your group before I left - this was a serious safety issue, the top coming up could have caused us to wreck on freeway and I get this stupid statement? The manger left w/Byron and came back several minutes later saying that Byron would get us one. Byron took no time in getting one and then taking the time to explain and show me how to remove the top and put it back together - Thanks Byron More
