Excellent Customer Service and Pricing I would like to send a Big Thank You to Traivon Myers. My wife and I were looking to get into a newer car without stretching our budget. From the I would like to send a Big Thank You to Traivon Myers. My wife and I were looking to get into a newer car without stretching our budget. From the moment we walked in Traivon was a big help. I first started the conversation by letting him know what were looking for; as far as price points, down payment, financing, and type of car. My wife and I routinely rent vehicles so we were knowledgeable in what we wanted in our next car…and while not being too picky we were looking for a deal. Travion immediately listened, then showed us around the lot, letting us pick out a few cars matching what we were looking for before we even took a test drive. After testing out 4 vehicles I asked him to run numbers on one of the vehicles (but I was not totally convinced if that was the car for us). While he did this, my wife started looking a few vehicles that I had thought would be out of our pricing and came back with 3 more select vehicles. We then sat there with Traivon and as he worked up some pricing. As it turns out, he was able to work with us to get a pricing point we felt comfortable with on one of the vehicles my wife selected. I just want to say thank you to Traivon for his patience and all he was able to do for us.
