To rectify the situation, we agreed to split the cost. Their contact company quoted them $1200 for shipping, my contact company quoted us $700. We agreed to use my contact. We agreed that we will pay for shipping, and he will send us a $350 check. It has been more than 3 weeks since our agreement. I have texted, called, and left messages multiple times, and only received one correspondence more than a week ago. I have come to the conclusion that I have been completely ghosted, and the check will not come, which is really unfortunate. More

My Ram was due for routine maintenance, but I went in with a list of areas that needed attention. My advisor listened to my concerns and suggested a couple extra items. I knew this visit would take a couple of days to complete. One of my concerns was suspension noise under the hood. The truck had only 16K miles and sounded like my 1984 F150. When I purchased the truck, I had a leveling kit installed at a competing dealership. I was told by my advisor that the bolts had not been torqued to specs when the level kit was installed. I've beat up this Ram dealership near the Superstition mall in the past and may again for the lousy workmanship. All of the items on my list had been resolved and the truck rides like new again.
