Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. I had to wait a couple of months for a part to come in - holdover from COVID supply chain issues - but when it finally arrived they made sure to hold it for me (needless to say the part was in very high dem holdover from COVID supply chain issues - but when it finally arrived they made sure to hold it for me (needless to say the part was in very high demand) and got my car in and repaired right away. Eddie was a great service rep - he kept me apprised of the part availability situation the entire time. Car is now back up and running like new! More

Craig Smith and the rest of the staff did a good job so far of diagnosing my truck's problem with the A/C-Heater system. Better to find out now, instead of when the temps are past 110 degrees. My husband and I are buyers from CA. We purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 from Matthew Badorek. There was a misunderstanding regarding who was going to pay for shipping. To rectify the situation We purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 from Matthew Badorek. There was a misunderstanding regarding who was going to pay for shipping. To rectify the situation, we agreed to split the cost. Their contact company quoted them $1200 for shipping, my contact company quoted us $700. We agreed to use my contact. We agreed that we will pay for shipping, and he will send us a $350 check. It has been more than 3 weeks since our agreement. I have texted, called, and left messages multiple times, and only received one correspondence more than a week ago. I have come to the conclusion that I have been completely ghosted, and the check will not come, which is really unfortunate. More
