As my assigned Costco sales representative, Dale Ferguson was/is very knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicles and was very thorough in demonstrating all the vehicle features. The dealership needs more room, it's very jampacked. It would also be nice if service advisors were available until 6 PM so vehicle drop off could still be secured behind the gate. Service guy (David) was on vacation and when i went to pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done ! The paperwork i was handed me may as well been written in Japanese !! I pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done !
