They took advantage of me. 3 times I went and the car wasn't there. I was looking to trade mine in ( 2017) and get one they were advertising about where I would only owe 2000 3 times I went and the car wasn't there. The third time I went I was conned into a car note I'm a retiree fixed income. So they had me go back and insulted me with a car that was a piece of crap to trade back. I told them I was about to have open heart surgery and they still took advantage of a senior citizen. Now I'm stressing everyday about either becoming homeless or loosing this car. Good work. I will never ever go to them again. I was fine with my chevy. More

Having a appt does nothing as the lanes get appts and non appts. Which clogs everything! So 1230 appt ends up waiting to be seen in 15 minutes then another 10 minutes for advisor and then more time for car t appts. Which clogs everything!
