Service Adviser and service-great! I want to start and say when I called the service telephone operator on 08/01/20 she advised the service department was booked and I should wait until I want to start and say when I called the service telephone operator on 08/01/20 she advised the service department was booked and I should wait until Monday. I advised her I was driving to the dealership due to some electrical problems. She advised I could leave it and they will look at it on Monday. When I arrived at the service department they greeted me nicely and wanted to help. Service adviser Lance met with me and advised he would take my truck and have it checked out. They immediately took my vehicle and started testing the battery. The service department found that my battery was pretty much dead and recommended I replace the battery. I was unfortunately 3K over the warranty so I had to pay for the replacement. Lance kept me informed and advised they could fix it and have it ready soon. They replaced my battery and tested everything. My vehicle was completed on that Saturday and I did not have to wait until Monday. I want to thank Lance for getting me back on the road. More

I spent a long time looking at vehicles and found what I liked best. Working over the internet with a sales person was great. Information was sent as soon as it was requested, and follow up was just right. Not too much but questions were answered. The test drive was excellent, and confirmed what I had read and learned about our vehicle. It was exactly as I had expected. A few very nice unexpected features showed up during the test drive. The large wheels and tires handled very well, the interior was much larger than expected seats were comfortable and very supportive. One of the most impressive items for me was the view of the hood. The sheet metal has been sculpted with a mean muscular look that is amazing from the cockpit That is something you only see from inside the car. Power was sufficient for the car and the 8 speed transmission was perfect..Smooth and never "hunting" for the correct gear. was impressive. Test drove a few other cars, and non seemed complete, and nothing looks as good as the Camry SE in this price range. This new design, is sporty and clean with great lines. Everything was done as a complete design. Some other cars look like they just added on to make a new model, this car is redesigned as a complete package and it shows, everything works together. Trunk is large and back seat is comfortable. Just enough tech features to keep you interested and all in all a really great car. Our last Toyota which I maintained, had an impressive 382,000 miles with no major repair work. I replaced brakes, radiator, alternator, timing belts, VANOS Solenoids, Spark plugs, Coil Packs, water pump and regular Mobil One Oil changes, with excellent results. 2020 Camry is a solid car with sport in mind...Take a drive and you will agree.. I’ve always had pretty bad experiences at the Temecula Valley location, but my service advisor Matt was really professional and nice.
