We had a service visit this month - to get an additional key fob for our brand new RAV4 Prime. This is a great car, and there is a lot to learn! While waiting in the lobby, we asked a member of staff a ques key fob for our brand new RAV4 Prime. This is a great car, and there is a lot to learn! While waiting in the lobby, we asked a member of staff a question - and instead of a simple answer we received a "Prime/Hybrid 101" class! Wow, what a service, Dale Ferguson! Dale explained a lot we had no idea about, gave us great tips and even helped with some on-screen settings! Thank you, Dale, for taking time to talk to us. More
